Presidency University, Kolkata offers a wide range of infrastructural facilities for its students and faculty members. Presidency University, Kolkata facilities include a library that has a large collection of books, periodicals and manuscripts as well as multimedia resources. Presidency University hostel facilities include boys' and girls’ hostel which is divided into six wards and houses two hundred and seventy-four boarders including both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Presidency University sports facilities include indoor and outdoor sports facilities like a basketball court, a volleyball court, cricket nets and a kabaddi ground. The university has indoor facilities such as carrom, chess and table tennis and these amenities are provided in hostels. The university has departmental-based Presidency University lab facilities for its students. Medical facilities, gymnasium, IT infrastructure, transport facilities, Wi-Fi and laboratories are other Presidency University campus facilities.
The Government Eden Hindu Hostel started as an undergraduate Boy's hostel of Presidency College, Kolkata. In order to accommodate postgraduate students and research scholars of Presidency College, this heritage building was extended in 1988. This hostel is one of the largest hostels in this country. Among its many illustrious boarders, the hostel counts the first President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad.
Presidency University Girls' Hostel is now fourteen years old. It provides accommodation to the girl students coming from distant places in a secure and safe environment. The hostel comprises 91 boarders that include students of undergraduate and of postgraduate classes. The hostel has its own well-stocked library and its recreation centre. The vertical extension of the existing hostel building has already been started to increase accommodation.
The university has an agreement with the neighboring Calcutta Medical College for any emergency medical facility for students and staff living on campus or outside.
The university has a Gym facility for the students.
The Presidency University Library has a very unique and rich collection of books, periodicals, and manuscripts as well as multimedia resources built over nearly two hundred years. This includes some of the rarest reference materials along with thousands of important documents and journals.
The university has sports facilities for all students.
The university has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
University provides transport for hostel students.
The college has a good networking for Alumni association.
Wifi facility available for all Faculty, Staff, and Students on-campus.
The college has departmental based laboratories facility for the students.
The central library is well-equipped with an e-learning center dedicated completely. Books for UG courses are available in the library. The hostel is accommodative. However, the hostel canteen is out of service while there are two college canteens serving food at subsidised rates.
Infrastructure is decent. Library is enormous .Canteens are not that good. Everything else is decent as well. Classrooms are equipped with all tools. Everything is well maintained for the most part in the campus.
The College Infrastructure is very good. You need to know that the college is providing with all the necessary resources that you need to inorder to succeed in your Career.The Wifi is available in the whole Department Area where you will study not in every separate room so it might be little uncomfortable for you due to the range issues.All the Classrooms are neat,clean and hygienic.

Presidency University Kolkata doesn't have B.A. in economics. It offers a four years B.Sc. Economics Honours with Research. The eligibility criteria for this course is that a student must have passed 12th standard or any equivalent exam with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate.

Obtaining a migration certificate even after dropping a course is not problematic. You can obtain the migration certificate with a valid reason and a high school education. Therefore, get in touch with the principal of your school or institution, or you can even visit the board headquarters and speak to a representative there. They will provide you a paperwork to fill out as well as fees to pay.
