• Eligibility and Registration: To register for SGGSWU campus placements, all students who want to graduate from the university before the conclusion of the academic year should contact this office through their departments. The campus recruitment procedure is only open to enrolled students.

• Resume: Under the direction of the university's retained professors, students must create their resumes, emphasising their accomplishments, summer projects, and anything else that increases their employability.

• Pre-Placement Talks (PPT) and Training: Students must discuss details with the companies in the PPT, such as pay breakup, job profile, place of employment, bond details, and many more.

• Placement Process: The student is responsible for checking the SGGSWU placement office notice boards for announcements, notices, updated information, and shortlisted names.

• Job Offering and Joining Status: Students are needed to submit a copy of their joining letter to the SGGSWU placement office. They must start working for the company on the day specified in the offer letter.
