Bapuji Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Shimoga Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has separate hostel facilities available for boys on a college campus and has rooms for 60 boys. The rooms will be allotted on twin sharing basis. Each room is provided with wardrobes, cots, bookshelves, a study table with sitting chairs, and attached bathrooms. A well-designed dining hall that accommodates almost 100 students at a time will serve quality and hygienic food to our inmates. Only vegetarian food will be served at the hostel. Efficiency and quality will be monitored by the warden of the hostel.

Each room is provided with wardrobes, cots, bookshelves, a study table with sitting chairs, and attached bathrooms.  A well-designed dining hall that accommodates almost 100 students at a time will serve quality and hygienic food to our inmates. Only vegetarian food will be served at the hostel. Efficiency and quality will be monitored by the warden of the hostel.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a collection of 6,500 books and 25 varieties of Journals. Volumes on Ayurveda and Western school of Medicine are available.  

The college has an IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The institution has a big auditorium with a seating capacity of 200 people. The auditorium is also used for conducting seminars and guest lectures organized by the students and the faculty. Every year sports and cultural events take place here where the students are given an opportunity to showcase their talents.

The college has 2 own buses to provide transportation to students.

The College possesses a well-equipped laboratory with modern equipment as per CCIM norms and helps to conduct experiments as required for pursuing the course. The laboratory is open for students during college hours under the observation of a lab technician. The laboratory can also be open for the public to diagnose their problems accurately by taking minimum charges. We have an X-ray, ECG, USG, blood test, and other facilities.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has sports facilities for all students.
