Yeah, this college has all facilities. The laboratories are well equipped with the tools. There are newly built buildings for the students. The college area is quite big and full of trees which adds to the beauty of college. There is a good facility for sports too and the grounds are big. The mess food is very decent and satisfactory. There are no wifi facility. The hostel rooms are crowded too as 4-5 people are accommodated in a single room.
I am a computer btech 1st-year student. The teacher here are very helpful and thoughtful. They are always willing to help students. They always encourage students for all-round development. The curriculum is updated and includes all recent developments in the field.
The placement ratio is very good. But package is not so good. The students of the core branches get decent packages but the students of computer science lag behind in package only. The cse students are underrated and don't get package that they actually deserve.
This is very cheap as compared to other engineering colleges. The yearly fees is around 20k excluding mess fee.
College campus is good. I have found my senior helpful. There are various clubs and societies in which students can enroll themselves and develop various qualities. The students that I found are very kind, amiable, generous and friendly.
Great college to spend 4 years
Chemistry and physics labs aren't that good but computer labs are good. Our campus infrastructure is improving day by day. There is a good facility for sports too and the grounds are big. Labs are well maintained.
I have taken computer science and engineering and I am in 1st year. The professors are very helpful, supportive and thoughtful they are also highly qualified. The curriculum is updated on regular basis.
Placements are good but the package is not so good. The CSE students are underrated and don't get a package that they actually deserve. Package for the non-core branch is average. Half of the students are placed in campus placements.
Well college didn't yet open so I can't tell you about the hostel and its mess but from our senior, I get to know that in college night events happen so many activities are held and the mess is pretty good.
Yes it provides best facilities all over india. Its has best speed of wifi connections smartclasses are best here and all of them are well maintained . They all are hygienic and clean. The food is well prepared with proper care.
The classes and best and the teachers are also friendly . Iam studying CSE here and i thought it has a good experience. The curriculum are all up to date the study making me ready to face any kind of job situation .
It has highest rate of placement as per my opinion. Last year it has about 99% of placement in our branch. The average salary is around 300000 per year . The placement process is easy and it is college supportive.
It doesn't cost much and it also best so yes it has value for money
The campus area is fabulous and all its sections are also beautiful
Do join this college
The infrastructure is quite good. Many types of facilities are available like ATM machine for students as well as staffs. Bank is also there inside college campus , medical emergency facilities are also available. Well maintained classrooms ans laboratories, smart classroom is also available for students. In IT building wifi facility is available. Hostels are average, no facility of generator or invertors.
I'm doing Btech in Information Technology. The quality of teaching is average. Regular clssses are not conducted. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Here you can't be dependent on classes for completing syllabus. You have to study by your own to be job ready and to score good marks.
Placement of our college is good as compared to other colleges. But we also opt for off campus drives. Companies offer average package. Almost 70-80% Student get placed in on and off campus placement. The highest salary package offered is between 9-10 lpa. Placement process is not easy. We have to go for 4 as written test, group discussion, Technical interview, HR round etc. Our college is very supportive in placement.
The course fee is almost 30K for a year and mess charges are separate. I think it worth the money we pay because as per the fee the facilities are good.
College campus is just okay. There is a park in college campus and a playground where students can play basketball, cricket etc. The location is not good as it is almost 20 km away from main town and the area is not safe for girls at night.
Yes, my college has all the necessary equipment with a decent infrastructure. Though it is not very beautiful like IIT but is good. Big library, big sports ground, auditorium and labs with all facility and many more things are being provided.
I secured good ranks in JEE MAINS and I got the college through JCECEB counselling. The college has all the facility provided. The professors are well educated and give their best to make us understand the concept.
Placement is the best part of the college. Considering my branch, you will get a very good placement ( of 80%). Many companies like Tata Steel, Vedanta, TCS and many more visit the college. The average package of electrical branch is 6 lacs.
The tution for general category boys is around Rs 14000 per year and that of girl is only Rs 32 years. Apart from that you need to pay hostel fee of Rs 7000 which also include electricity bill of Rs 2000 and you need to pay Rs 3000 per month as mess fee. In short your your four year btech including hostel and mess fee will be completed within Rs 200000 which is much less than other private and government college. With such less amount, you will get a very good placement and it is value for money
Campus life is the best part of college. I think this is the best part of the college. Various events are being conducted by the college authority regularly to freshen up the students and increase their knowledge in technology.
College infrastructure have all the necessary equipment and it is well maintained. My college has all the facilities of laboratories library and all the necessary thing. It has canteens in campus which is also too good.
I am studying computer science. And the best part of the college is it's academic. The way teacher teaching is really awesome. This has all the updated syllabus. It follow the syllabus from jharkhand technical university.
Quality of placement in my branch is too good. Almost all the student get placement in top IT company . According to report 80-90 percent of get placed in good company. With average salary 5 -6 lakh per annum.
In terms of return of investment it is outstanding. Because it is a government college. And fee is around 60000 per year.
Campus life is too good in this college because you got almost everything in this campus. No one can faced problem regarding any equipment. It's is located in dhanbaad. Yes it is safe.
college having all necessary infrastructure including all practical labs of electrical, electronics,IT,PRODUCTION, ECE.. and all other branches and there are lack of wifi facility in hostels...........
the academic sections of BIT SINDRI are well and good. all branches have best teachers.most of them have their Phd degrees in their particular subjects. different teachers have their unique teaching styles...
Quality of placements are good in college..but not up to the expectations. it should be improve... our college is supportive for placement activity....... many students of BIT sindri were placed in MNCs...
since its a government college so it is obviously value for money.... and course cost per year are available at BIT sindri official site...
campus life is pretty good...but due to lack of facility available around our campus ,the life in campus becomes boring.....
better than many NITs and IIITs
Bit sindri has a very great infrastructure, spreading over 700 acres of land.Innovated libraries, mechanical workshops, computer and IT labs alongwith incubation centre act as an add up to its prestigious infrastructure..
This college is renowned for its professors and alumni.Highly supportive teaching staffs help making a strong academic base for the budding engineers.Lab professors too are very supportive and help students a lot in completing experiments.
Many companies arrive at college during placements like TCS,Byjus,Tata and many others for offering jobs in both technical and core sectors.A special placement cell is set up here regulating and assisting students for placements.
Since, this college lies under Jharkhand govt. So,the annual fee of this college is very minimal as compared to other present engineering colleges.Approx.20k annually for all academics and lodging and 30k annually for fooding facilities.
Taking about infrastructure , as it has a wide area but infrastructure not good and areas not not been utilised well. Mess : there isn't a proper dedicated kitchen in hostels , hygiene is very poor , bathroom hygiene is also very poor and Taps aren't working . Some switch board and regulator are not working it will keep in one state.
Most of the professor are very helpful and help to that extent that could be possible, but as government is not supporting professors or management to provide equipments and materiy that will help in understanding the concepts .
Not a good idea about it but, placement aren't so good even in events big companies aren't coming to college at big scale to conduct tech fest. Package is below average and students getting placed is average.
As it is a goverment college so need not worry about the fees. It's all about your living style, fooding and clothing. Rather you can save a lot of you wish rest opinion may vary. All you need to do is focus in your Carrierer.
As being engineering college there is proper connectivity for internet and calls, no wi-fi is being provided by the management for the students for their welfare, no proper stationary Shop inside campus.
Very good, infrastructure is old still a sense of pride.affiliated with technology with ideas and innovation in the students.Newly created libraray,cs ,it building incubation centers to improve the learning
Very good .proffessors are very supportive with new inventions, science and technology.well renowned professionals who help us in all matters from academics to co curriculum. Academically it's renowned.
Many companies take students from campus placements, like tcs tata dteel byjus, and many other sectors like mining and mahindra that gives wholesome packages to help students to secure a good position in society

Hppe this information will help you
Dear
According to the information you haven't taken JEE or CUET and are waiting for your 12th results, admission to BIT Sindri might be a bit challenging as they typically require a valid JCECE (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) score for B.Tech programs. However, if your 12th-grade results are strong, you might still have a chance, especially if you meet the domicile requirements.
For finding the best college you deserve use College predictor tool.
Thanks.
This is not very fortunately true; holding a domicile certificate from Bihar would ensure no direct entry into BIT Sindri.
BIT Sindri essentially selects the candidates from Jharkhand. The relaxation within the criteria might be shown a bit differently. This generally happens as a giant criterion holding the certificate for being a Jharkhand domicile certificate.
However, you at least are going to qualify in the following:
JEE Main:
Good Rank: You would expect a good rank in JEE Main. With a higher rank, there is a greater possibility that you will get admission to engineering colleges of other states, except Jharkhand. Home State Quota: BIT Sindri has mainly catered to students who are the domicile of Jharkhand. You still have hope if you have a good rank in JEE Main and within the home state quota for other engineering colleges.
Other Engineering Colleges:
Check other engineering colleges in India that admit students from various states based on JEE Main rank or entrance exam.
One may ask to meet the admission office of BIT Sindri as well as other engineering colleges to get first-hand information, which is reliable and authentic.
One may seek the following for the website of BIT Sindri. https://www.bitsindri.ac.in/
