All the campuses are equipped with a dispensary manned by a qualified medical practitioner to provide regular and intensive medical care to our students. An ambulance is also available round the clock to ensure prompt reprieve in case of medical emergencies.

Centurion University houses an ambulances for urgent situations which is fully equipped with appropriate medical equipment, medication, and stretchers to carry the ill or injured. Experienced medical practitioners provide quality care based on their training. The emergency vehicles at the university are intended for the benefit of the students and staff.

The college has swimming pool facility for students. International Standard, 50 Mts. x 25 Mts. Size, with 90 Cm. depth at shallow end and 5 Mts. depth at deeper end. 3 Platforms of 1 Mt., 3 Mts. and 5 Mts height for Diving, and One Spring Board fitted at 1 Mt. height for Diving. Anti wave Lane markers to conduct competitions is also provided. Take off Boards are portable. Fiber of Olympic type is fitted. It has the capability to accommodate 150 to 200 people at a time.

The college has Cafetaria facility for staff and students. Hence, staff canteen has menus that are designed by a team of professional dieticians, comprising nutritious and wholesome food to ensure a well-balanced diet. Multi-cuisine food is served everyday catering to all sorts of palate.

The college has sports facility for all students. The basketball scene in this university is very vibrant. It offers an outdoor court and many opportunities to players to compete with many others colleges and participate in State level, National level, Intercollege level. Basketballs unparalleled success is archived with a multitude of trophy displays.

Centurion University’s Gymnasium facilities can be accessed by the students, faculty and staff members throughout the day. The gymnasium is well furnished with the latest machines and exercise equipments. Instructors and trainers are available throughout the day to train gym enthusiasts. The gymnasium is divided into two sections. One section is meant for general exercises while the other is meant for rigorous weight training. The gym provides an ideal atmosphere for the students and other members for overall development.

Centurion University provides banking and postal services within the campus for the ease of students, faculty and staff members. The banking services facilitate all kinds of National and International Banking conveniences, including providing education loans to students on simple terms. Apart from this, the University also has a 24 hours ATM facility for round the clock cash withdrawal.

To aid with postal requirements, the University provides postal services for both on- and off-campus locations. The purpose of offering these services is to meet the communication needs of the students, faculty, and staff members so that they do not face any difficulty while being on the campus.

A Guest House with all modern facilities is provided inside the college campus for the benefit of Visiting Faculty, University Guests and Parents. All the rooms are well furnished, airconditioned and Wi-Fi enabled with access to an adjoining cafeteria. Accommodation in guest house is provided by prior reservation.

Centurion has a well-equipped Central Library at each campus plus Hostel Libraries for both Boys and Girls in their respective hostels with a number of books available on various subjects. The library not only contains standard books from top publishers but also houses a number of journals available for reference by students and staff.

Centurion University’s campus has a seamless Wi-Fi network with multiple ISPs which allow the students to connect to the internet anytime, anywhere. The campus is integrated with Learning Management System to facilitate students to discuss academic topics, submit their assignments online, see their class notes, study through specially designed learning resources and also refer to reference and digital library. Since the campus is Wi-Fi enabled, it allows the students to complete their assignment sitting in the cafes, libraries or any other outer spot.

The college has convenience store for staff and students. The college have multiple grocery stores to provide our students with all types of food staples and household products within the campus. The grocery store is well stocked with fresh groceries, and other household products to ensure uninterrupted supply. Also there is a Pharmacy, A fruit juice shop and a sweet shop surrounding a serene sit-out area.
