it is for Undergraduate courses like BE/B.Tech, then you have to appear for TNEA Counselling conducted by Anna University. Anna University has no entrance examination and the admission is through TNEA which is the counselling process. The admission to BE/B.Tech courses is conducted on the basis of merit scored in 12th. As many as 563 Institutions participate in TNEA Counselling. Though TNEA is primarily for Candidates who fulfil the Nativity criteria, few seats are also allotted for Candidates out of Tamilnadu. This number is approximately 50. The University has not released TNEA application forms yet. Once Anna University releases the online registration process, you need to register and appear for counselling.

Application window is expected to open on June 26, 2022, candidates seeking admission need to apply online. The fees is estimated to be around INR 3.65 lakh - INR 3.70 lakh. Admission to Anna University MSc courses is based on a separate entrance examination conducted by the University for a duration of 2 hours. The test will be based on BSc (Major)
subjects. Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised University with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
