The college has separate hostels for boys with well-furnished rooms and modern amenities. The safe, secure, and serene atmosphere is conducive for the students to concentrate on their studies. The college health center provides medical facilities to staff members and their dependents, pensioners and their dependents, Research Scholars, and B.Tech. Students. The Centre has a pharmacy and is well equipped with facilities for out-patient treatment, lab investigations, ECG, X-ray, I.V. fluids, nebulizer, and an ambulance equipped with an oxygen cylinder and emergency drugs. The entire functioning is being computerized with the implementation of AROGYA software.

The college has a gymnasium for the benefit of staff members and their wards, students, and scholars were inaugurated in the CSIR-CECRI Campus by the Finance Officer, CSIR. The gym houses traditional as well as modern equipment. Separate timings have been formulated for the benefit of all categories of staff members. As it is located in the vicinity of the playground area, the gym is regularly used by players as well as staff members.

The college e-library has been built around a portal containing electrochemical science & technology and related areas, the majority of which is accessible on the internet but some portion is accessible only within the intranet. It is a replication of the resources of a physical library in electronic format but significantly provides vastly improved access and search capabilities. It provides resources and documentation and combines internal documents with external resources to provide a comprehensive collection of pertinent information for distribution. The college students take an active part in sports activities, winning various sporting events right from the zonal level to the inter-university and state level. The campus is provided with a well-equipped gymnasium, floodlit basketball court, and an indoor badminton stadium, in addition to ground football, cricket, and athletics. An Inter-college sports meet “ARMAGEDDON” is organized by the students annually.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college Departmental Canteen (CDC), run on a 'no-profit, no-loss basis, caters to the basic needs of the staff members of the institute in a healthy, hygienic, and tasteful way. CDC is equipped with modern facilities for cooking and has a staff strength of about 15 (2 cooks, 7 staff members, and 6 supporting staff). CDC is managed by a Canteen Committee comprising of staff members of CSIR-CECRI. CDC is equipped with both steam cooking and gas cooking facility using which food can be prepared for 300 and 200 people, respectively. Food is available all 3 times (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and our dining hall can accommodate up to 200 people at a time. During festive seasons, sweets and snacks are also prepared for the benefit of staff members.

The college has An extension counter of the Alagappa College Campus (AC Campus) Branch of the Indian Bank, Karaikudi located within the CSIR-CECRI Campus provides banking services. The timings are 10.15 AM to 1.45 PM beyond which the facilities at the AC Campus branch can be utilized. As the extension counter is an exclusive facility, the service is always prompt.

The college has a well-furnished Guest House for providing accommodation to visitors and guests. 36 Air-Conditioned Rooms, a spacious lounge, a discussion room, dining area with a capacity of 60 are available. All the rooms have a television and hot water facility. A desktop computer with a printer and Wi-Fi internet facility is also available in the lounge.
