DAV IET Palamu Placement Procedure

• The placement office begins by conducting pre-placement talks for the students. 
• Pre-placement talks include information about the available job opportunities, the position requirements, and the selection criteria. 
• After the pre-placement talks, the placement office invites potential employers to the campus for recruitment drives.
• The placement office then shortlists students based on their individual academic performance, aptitude test scores, and other factors. 
• After this, the placement office arranges for interviews and group discussions with the employers.
• Finally, the placement office evaluates the performance of the students in the interviews and provides a list of selected students to the employers.
