The academic inclination of DIT is quite good the faculties and management are really eager to improve academics and foster students with best practices but can do better in specific scenarios like introducing placement-targeted training for Students from 3rd year of Engineering. Live Project Opportunities can also be introduced to make it better.
The college has the Potential, and the placement department is also doing well. Still, I believe the college can do much better as far as placement is concerned but contacting more companies and polishing the talent in the college.

there are so many factors on which percentage depends. for example in which branch yiu want to take admission even in which college you want to take admission, college name, reputation, etc
generally for most of the university the criterion is you should have minimum of 65% marks in overall and in mathematics and in PCM is required to take admission in B. Tech degree course. for reserved candidates the percentage varies from 50% to 65% according to the university. The basic eligibility requirement for admissions to any BTech programme is: Candidates must have passed the class 12 exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects. They must also have secured minimum aggregate marks of 60% in the above subjects combined.
if you want to go for government college then you have to apper some entrance exam then you have to score good and secure a good rank in all over india then you have to go for counseling and after all these processes you'll get a good government college with minimum fees.
hope this is helpful for you
best of luck for your future.
