Girls Hostel
The college has one Girls' Hostel with 64 (Sixty four) seats. Students willing to stay in Hostel can apply for the seat by submitting prescribe forms issued from the college office. Students will be preferred on the basis of merit, distance, and seniority.
Medical/Hospital
The college has Health Centre with all the first aid facilities. General medical check-up of students at regular intervals done and maintains health records of students by the Extention and welfare committee which deals with this fund.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.
Library
The institution has a well-furnished library having a holding of more than 28000 volumes of Textbooks, Reference books, newspapers, journals, magazines, and bound volumes. Dhemaji Commerce College takes admission through the process of Common Entrance Test. The Common Entrance test is conducted in two or three phases. Every phase are conducted one after another and early applicants are given extra benefits. At the time of application, the aspirant has to select the active phase which is required for admissions into Engineering, Management or various other courses and scholarships for all the programmes that are offered by the college.

Steps for filling the application form for the entrance test are:-

1.) Log on to the official website of the college. After logging into the official website, register yourself by filling the details such as Name, Email, Contact Number and City. The required information has to be filled on the registration page that is available on the homepage of the website.

2.) After this, the aspirants have to select the course and program of their interest that they wish to apply for and then register.

3.) The aspirants have to now complete their profile by logging into it using the User ID and password shared to them through Email and SMS. A candidate can also use a registered Email ID as a username to log in.

4.) Never delete the SMS received during Online Process on the Registered Mobile Number, Email and in the Dashboard to recieve all admission related Information on time.
