Yes , you can get college at this mark at 41 marks in EAMCET as you have better numbers in IPE . You know you can't go to government colleges. But you can try in private colleges they will provide you in Admission. If you don't get in first two list of colleges don't worry colleges often reduces their cutoff in third list and also some colleges have special list through quotas .
