Admission to the courses is done on the performance of the candidate in relevant entrance tests and in 12th standard marks. The total intake approved for all these courses of B.E. is 330 seats, where the highest number of seats admitted in the course of Civil Engineering is 120 seats.

M.E. (Master of Engineering): Specialized M.E. courses under postgraduate admission are Engineering Design, Structural Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives, Applied Electronics, and Computer Science Engineering, all being provided by DRNCE. Admissions to these are more or less TANCET score based. The college intake is less in the case of the M.E. courses, with 12 each for Engineering Design and Structural Engineering, and 9 each for the rest of the M.E. courses.
