The college has a total of 76 seats for MD and 28 for MS. FMIMER admissions are based on NEET-PG scores. Popular MD programmes include General Medicine (11 seats), Anesthesiology (9 seats), and Pediatrics (9 seats). MS has programmes such as General Surgery (8 seats) and Orthopedics (9 seats).
The institute provides Post Graduate Diploma courses in specialisations. FMIMER admissions are based on NEET-PG scores.
FMIMER provides an M.Ch in Urology Genito Urinary Surgery with 2 seats. FMIMER admission is done on the basis of the NEET-SS (Super Specialty) examination.
The institute offers DM courses in Nephrology and Neurology with 2 seats in each programme. The admission is on the basis of NEET-SS scores.
FMIMER conducts various B.Sc programmes in allied health sciences. These are as follows: Medical Laboratory Technology - 25, Medical Imaging Technology - 20, Operation Theatre Technology - 20, Anaesthesia Technology - 20, and Renal Dialysis Technology - 10.
A full-time programme Bachelor of Physiotherapy is offered by the college which has 60 seats.
The institute offers M.Sc programmes in Clinical Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology, Haematology and Blood Transfusion, and Radiation Physics, with an intake of 5 seats for all programmes.
Offers Master of Physiotherapy programmes under the disciplines of Neurology, Musculoskeletal, Cardio Respiratory, Community Physiotherapy, and Pediatrics.
Available under the disciplines of Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacology. It's followed by an entrance test and/or interview for admission.

Well I am attaching a link below where you will get all the cut off details. There for the institute Father Muller institute of medical institute there but there are no cut off details mentioned for catholic students. There is no cut off released that might indicate that that category might not be there.
