Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli Admission Process
GCE Tirunelveli provides admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Government College of Engineering Tirunelveli admission to the B.Tech courses will be done on the basis of the marks secured in the 10+2 examination. Further, the selected students have to appear for a TNEA counselling. GCE Tirunelveli admission to the M.Tech programmes will be based on the marks obtained in the TANCET/GATE examination. Further, the candidates have to appear for a TANCA counselling session. Students will be offered Government College of Engineering Tirunelveli admission after seat allotment, document verification and fee payment. GCE Tirunelveli Admission Process for UG Courses
The college offers a total of 7 undergraduate courses out of which 5 courses are offered in full-time mode and 2 courses are offered in part-time mode. The duration of the courses is 4 years and is divided into 8 semesters.

GCE Tirunelveli B.Tech Admission Process
First, candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria.
Second, DOTE will prepare a merit list and the cutoff will be released based on the marks of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2.
Third, candidates have to register for a TNEA counselling.
Fourth, students have to give preference to GCE Tirunelveli and seats will be allotted based on merit, category of the candidates and preference filled.
Fifth, submit the documents and pay the fees to confirm the seats.
GCE Tirunelveli Admission Process for PG Courses
Government College of Engineering Tirunelveli offers a total of 5 courses. M.Tech course is offered at the postgraduate level. The duration of the courses is 2 years and is divided into 4 semesters.

GCE Tirunelveli M.Tech Admission Process
Candidates need to appear for the TANCET examination conducted by Anna University.
Shortlisted candidates have to register for TANCA counselling, conducted by Anna University.
Further, candidates have to select GCE Tirunelveli as their preference.
Finally, after the seat allotment, candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees.
Note: GATE qualified candidates will be exempted from the entrance examination.

Explanations done only in Tamil. I told the teacher to explain some parts in hindi/english but the teacher refuse. My family is very poor so no other college option, this college is cheapest. I spend my 4 years learning through internet and youtube.

Syllabus is followed as per Anna University regulations. The college offers five undergraduate (Civil, Computer science, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical) and five postgraduate (Communication systems, Computer science, Engineering design, Power electronics & drives, Structural engineering) programs in engineering. There is no spoon-feeding. One has to take care of his/her studies. Really, professors never care about your grades.

If you are seeking admission in B.Tech course offered by GCE Tirunelveli then the admission is conducted in the basis of your merit in class 12th and you have to appear for TNEA counselling for the same.
Till now no exact date is specified for TNEA 2022 so at this point of time it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information about commencement of TNEA 2022 counselling process.
Application forms for TNEA 2022 will be released soon on the official website tneaonline.org by DoTE Tamil Nadu.
When the application forms get released you can follow the steps given below to register yourselves for TNEA 2022:-
** Make registration using the details like your Name, Mobile number e-mail and so on
** After registering for TNEA 2022 now you have to login using your Login credentials created in first step.
** Now fill-up the personal information like Name, category, nativity, contact details and so on.
** Now if you fall under special reservation then you have to fill details for it.
** Now you have to proceed for payment of application fee which will be mentioned in the TNEA information brochure.
** Now you have to fill your academic detail, annual income and some other details which are required.
