Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Education is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by the Vidyasagar University, Midnapore.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifying Higher Secondary or equivalent examination 2018 with minimum 45% marks in aggregate to be calculated by adding the marks obtained in the best five subjects excluding Environmental Studies) or 50% marks in the subject or a related subject.

Admission Details

Admission will be done on a merit basis and merit point for admission in Honours courses is to be calculated by adding 10% of total marks obtained in the best five subjects (including two languages) excluding Environmental Studies at Higher Secondary/equivalent examination and the marks obtained in the subject or related subject in which the admission in Honours course is sought. The merit points for admission to General courses are to be calculated by adding the marks obtained in the best five subjects excluding Environmental Studies of H.S. / equivalent examination.
