The college offers various specializations within B.E. programs for students to choose from.

Diploma Courses: JNCTS also offers diploma programs in engineering streams these are for three years and provide practical and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering streams. For instance, the Electrical Engineering Diploma has been approved with an intake of 60 students. Admission to diploma courses is usually based on the mark obtained in the 10th standard plus any relevant entrance examinations from the technical education board of the state.
