• To be admitted to the Ph.D. programme, the candidate must meet KIIT School of Law Ph.D eligibility criteria.

• Research scholars will be chosen based on their achievement in the entrance exam, their academic background, and their interview.

• However, candidates who have passed a national-level exam are not required to take the admission exam.

• The applicants who passed the national level exam and were admitted for a master's degree are also exempt from the entrance exam.
