Our college have the best college infrastructure and faculties are friendlier in nature. Sports facilities are also available in our college, even if students have also got admission in sports quota. KIIT has the best college life
In academics our College got the best university awards and it has good faculties who work hard for the students to get good in academics. Extra co-curricular activities are held in college for the growth of the students.
Kiit offers a decent amount and number of placements to its students and all the students have brought glory to it by working well in the placement companies. Most of the students gets placed in the companies during there assessment period.
Yes my college has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities. Class rooms are having full air conditioners and there is educomp smart class as well. the food is hygienic and the living places are clean.
I am studying 5 year law course. The quality of teaching is very good and excellent. Yes I do think that the curriculum is updated. Yes what I am studying will make me job ready. The curriculum includes all the recent developments that have actually taken place.
The quality of placements are excellent. Around 60-70 percent students were placed. The college is always very supportive. The highest sallary package that was offered was 7 lakh per annum. The course which was given the highest package was engineering.
4 lakh per year. Yes I feel that my money is getting worth.
The college campus is very neat and clean. There is nothing worst that I can say about the campus of my college. The students can engage in many activities. The teachers supportive and very helpful. Yes the campus can actually handle all the types of emergencies.
Nothing as of now.
There are 23 courses availaible in my college each having seperate buildings, seperate boys and girls hostel, and mess. Our campus is around 700 acres! It's a city in its own. We have our own gym, restaurants, hospital and other facilities. We have one of the best infrastructures not only education purposes but also for extra-curricular activities. We have high standard stadiums!
According to NIRF Rankings. KIIT School of Law is India's 12th best law school. The faculty overall is very good. They hire as many good teachers as they can. The faculty tries it's best in imparting knowledge to the students. Through the help of homeworks, assignments and other ways they try their best. The overall academics of the college is quite nice even better than many NLUs.
The placement overall is very nice but needs improvement. In 2021, 260 top companies offered around 4700 jobs with Rs. 30 lakhs being the highest salary offered. The Highest package ever went in this college was 39 lakhs.
As till now I've never been to the college myself due to COVID-19 pandemic. At present it's costing me 3,40,000/- per year but once the college opens it will cost me around 5 lakhs per year including the fee, hostel and mess charges which is a bit high but overall the facilities which they provide is of good standard as compared to the fees.
As till now I've never been to the college myself due to COVID-19 pandemic but whatever I have heard from my seniors is thet the college life is quite good. KIIT provides you excellent facilities which enhances your college experience.
If you are a law student and looking for a decent college. This is just the place for you!
College infrastructure is awesome with very nice facilities and equipment. There is ac in every classroom, laboratories, library is very big and awesome. India best library of law school. Sport centre for every sport like gym, basketball, football, cricket at very cheap cost. Hostel facility is very good with wifi and smart boards. Living place is clean and food is hygenic.
I am pursuing BALLB because I want to serve people and it's very nice profession. Teaching quality is very good with interactive teaching facilities. Curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in law field. Placement is very good.
Very good quality of placement. More than 90% students are placed with highest salary package of 30lakh of llb. Average salary of 7-8 lakh. Placement process was very easy and pleasent. College is very supportive in every aspect
It cost Approx 3-3.5 lakh per year but it doesn't matter if you get good quality of education. Getting good knowledge and good facilities worth it. It's facilities are better than many other law colleges of India.
College campus is very good and clean with canteen that has very good and delicious food. Students can engage in many fruitful activities likes games, music, gym etc. Students, teachers and staff are very supportive and good. It's located at very good place near to railway station. Overall it's very good and nice college.
College infrastructure is very good, building is very good faculty is very good, hostels have ac , non ac very good wifi food is very good, space is very clean , libraries is good , classroom js good. Overall you will love it
Academics is very good. I am BA.LLB student because kiit has good placement ...it has good faculty , it has good teaching and good non teaching staff their behaviour with students with very good. They give job ready with completion of college
Placement is good but now due to corona it is not happening ... before corona it was good ...and it totally depends on individual what placement is for them .for me placement doesn't matter that much i am here for good quality of studies
Its up to you
Very good campus life
Overall very good college
The college has all the necessary infrastructure. The best part of our law school is our library, which is one of the best ones across the country. Apart from that, there are various opportunities for sports and games. WiFi is provided 24×7. There is no compromise when it comes to hygiene, and the food is good.
While the curriculum is updated, there is still a long way to go when it comes to inculcating practical aspects in the teaching methodology. However, the professors are well experienced and try their best to make the students understand law as it is.
There are many good companies which offer on-campus placement to students in their final year. When it comes to law, many students themselves do not sit for placements as they pursue advocacy or judiciary or higher studies. However, for those who want to get into the field, ample opportunities are available.
There are a lot of activities to engage in at KIIT. It depends upon you to find the right area to engage in.
Kiit school of Law has all necessary infrastructure and facilities. The moot court is very well maintained and closely replicates a real courtroom. Classrooms are airy and pretty well maintained. The library is arguably one of the best in the country and has all volumes and books a student might need.
I am a student of Law, pursuing my Bachelors. The quality of teaching provided at the institute is one of the best in the field, the teachers being all experienced and cooperative. The curriculum is well updated and includes all new case laws and current affairs, making the syllabus apt and suited to the times of now.
I'm yet to graduate but my seniors have all gotten placed at revered firms and organizations. Several high profile law firms hire from the institute and that goes to show the quality of the students. Mandatory internship breaks provide first hand knowledge to the students and they are easily placed at good law firms. I have heard my seniors praise the cooperation of the college in placing them.
The course costs 340 thousand rupees a year, that is, 170 thousand rupees a semester. The cost becomes justified as the students get placed in firms where the packages offered are good enough. The overall facilities offered at the college make the experience worth the money.
Campus life is as good as it gets in any law college. There are different societies like the literati and the dance society that take cater to the co curricular aspects of a students life. A student is free to join these societies. The teachers are cooperative and helpful. The campus of the law school is beautifully maintained and has sports and other facilities too.
Our college has well equipped classes with wifi and smartboards in every classroom. There's proper Air conditioning in every classroom as well. The library is one of the best libraries in Odisha. Food is good as well.
The curriculum is up-to-date and the professors are well qualified. They are very friendly. They take extra classes if required. You can call or text them anytime you need them while preparing for examinations or during other competitions. They will always be there to help you.
The quality is not at par with the fees charged. I'm not really qualified to answer this as I'm in my first year and situation might change in the coming years but as much as I have heard from my super seniors, they weren't provided with good placements. The situation might have been because of the pandemic too so I wouldn't really like to comment on that.
The fee per semester is 1.7 lakhs which is pretty high. But taking into account the infrastructure and the other opportunities provided along with the subscription of Manupatra, SCC online, JSTOR, and many more, it seems quite okay. But I would still say that the fee is pretty high.
There are several societies that students can choose according to their interests. These societies recruit students after proper interview rounds. So it's not like every student can get into a society. But the culture here is pretty cool. You can find students from all over the country and also from other countries. The college is situated at a very good location which is also a plus factor.
As my batch joined in the year 2020, we haven't been to the campus yet. We have had online classes since getting admitted, so I can't say anything about the amenities in the physical campus. But I can attest to the the technological infrastructure that KIIT School of Law has provided us with rare inconveniences, if ever. Classes have been conducted methodically on Zoom & G-Meet and we have been provided access to the Digital Library and research sites like SCC Online and Manupatra.
I'm currently pursuing B.A. LLB here at KIIT School of Law. The quality of teaching is above-par. The teachers have a methodical approach to their subjects and are very willing to satiate a student's curiosity in the topic. Realistically speaking, KIIT School of Law is one of the few law schools in India who make it a point to regularly update their syllabus in accordance with the BCI mandates. And yes, there are a lot of webinars and conferences to attend, should a student desire to do so.
I'm in the first year so I don't have details to share regarding placements. Although from hearsay, you could estimate the average/median salary to be around Rs. 3-4 lacs /annum. There is a dedicated placement & training cell who looks after your internships and placements but that's all I know about it right now. P.S. - Will update when I know more.
BA LLB costs Rs. 1,70,000 per semester. This means Rs. 17,00,000 tuition fees for the 5 year course. Rs 70,000 admission fee. That means the course fee is nearly Rs 18 lacs. Add another 5 lacs if you want food & accommodation. A total expenditure of nearly Rs. 23 lacs which might be considered an exorbitant rate. For all it's amenities and high standards of education, one thing which KIIT School of Law is not is value for money. NLUs and even Christ University School of Law have lower fees.
Again, as I joined in 2020, I haven't been to the campus yet (considering the Covid-19 situation). But all schools of KIIT including the School of Law are in the same campus, so you could safely say that it is a rather large campus. Bhubaneswar is a fairly safe location even ranking among safest Indian cities. And yes, KIIT is well equipped for medical emergencies, with an on-campus hospital. As for activities, there is a theatre society, a cultural society, a mooting society and more.
If the exorbitant fees and location (Bhubaneswar isn't exactly a vibrant city/doesn't have great nightlife) aren't a problem, I would recommend KIIT School of Law as your choice of law school.
It has all the unique facilities for the students.Kiit is having really good infrastructure. We are having smart classrooms, multiple lab classes full with equipments and many more. Each campus is having it's own food canteen with good food. There are 20+ campus. Kiit's campus is really good. It provides multiple gardens and libraries. Kiit is also having many gyms and swimming pools which you can use after paying certain amount.
The quality of teaching is just awesome. Quality of education provided by kiit is good for a engineering student but that would not be enough for you for getting a good jod, along with that you have to study or take some classes for placement purposes.
The placement in this college is very outstanding. . Although it provide placements to almost every students but sometimes even if you get placed you have to manage with low package. Average package offered is 3 to 5 lakhs.
According to the college infrastructure, facilities and teaching the cost is good
The college campus is clean and green
This is the best college .
