Facilities and Infrastructure is one of the important aspects of a college. Students prefer to study in a college having good facilities and infrastructure for the overall well being of the student. Lady Brabourne College Facilities & Infrastructure ensures students not only learn their lesson with a modern day smart room but also students remain physically active by working out in the gymnasium. Lady Brabourne College facilities include a well equipped library, large and spacious hostel, computer lab, common room, hygienic canteen, gymnasium, a large auditorium, solar panel, rainwater harvesting unit and many more.
- Girls Hostel
The Lady Brabourne College Hostel is located next to the College premises and can house over 250 girls. There are two blocks of buildings for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, with a visitor's lounge, a boarders' common room with media facilities, a Library, a Gymnasium, a dining room, a canteen, and a reprographic centre. Admission to hostels depends on merit, distance from hometown and on the reservation policy for SC, ST, OBC and Persons with Disability.
- Medical/Hospital
Lady Brabourne College’s Medical Unit schedules frequent weekly visits by a licenced medical practitioner to monitor the health of students, as well as teaching and non-teaching staff, as required.
- Library
The library is located on the first floor of the main campus. The library has three wings namely- Main Library, Library Annex and Electronic Library. The library remains accessible to students from 8 AM to 6 PM on Monday to Friday and 10:30 AM to 2: 30 PM on Saturday.
- I.T Infrastructure
The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
- Cafeteria
With additional space recently assigned, the College canteen has been renovated to ensure improved hygienic standards and is designed to handle the mid-break rush efficiently.
- Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for alumni association.
- Gym
The College not only aspires to academic excellence, but also to the holistic growth of its students. Students have access to three gymnasiums on the College campus, one in the newly built Roma Chaudhuri Building, one in the Student's Common Room, and the third in the College Hostel, to ensure that they remain physically fit. Modern equipment and services are available in the gymnasiums.
- Convenience Store
Teachers and students can photocopy books, journals, and documents at the College's three Reprographic Centers.
- Auditorium
The College has its own air-conditioned auditorium with seating for about 350 students. It has state-of-the-art audio-visual capabilities, allowing it to host lectures, conventions, exhibitions, and cultural events. General classes are held in the auditorium if required.

The infrastructure of the MA English dept is quite adequate. It provides the latest audio-visual aid for creative writing enhancements as well. The rooms are air-conditioned and very well-lit. The desks are comfortable and the rooms have naturally good acoustics which provides a good auditory experience from the lecturers without much electronic assistance. Since the building is from colonial times, drastic changes in infrastructure might have been difficult
The teaching is great and above everything.

The college was built long ago and thus has a British outlook. The facilities of the college are, however, not up-to-date. The classrooms are not really equipped with the latest infrastructure and have old-style tables and chairs. The library is great, however, the Wi-Fi does not work. The living spaces were not really that clean.
Had a very fun and eventful college life . Enjoyed it.

Lady Brabourne College is KNOWN for the Microbio and Economics departments and very rightfully so. The labs have adequate machines. Most of the classrooms have AC and projectors. Free Wifi is accessible. Hostel providence for students from distant places. 3 canteens with various choices(all of them are nice). Lovely fests and events too.

Lady Brabourne College, with its lovely green lawns and gardens bordering the Park Circus Maidan, is one of India's best institutes for women's education. The College was founded in July 1939 by the Government of Bengal and named after Lord Brabourne's wife, who served as Governor of Bengal from February to July 1939.
The College allocated half of its seats for Muslim women and the balance for other communities such as Hindus, Parsees, Sikhs, and Jains. The hostel was reserved solely for Muslim students. Due to a lack of Muslim candidates, Lady Brabourne College began admitting Hindu pupils.

You Subject combination will be considered as Science stream only. This is because, apart from Biology and Chemistry, nutrition comes under science stream. Psychology can be under science, arts as well.
Now, talking about the College, you mentioned in the question, the College only provides admissions into honours courses out of which you have to select a specialization Subject.
The Subject provided are-
Physics, Chemistry, botany, Zoology, microbiology, philosophy etc.,
