Maharana Pratap College of Engineering, Kanpur, conducts a rigorous and unbiased admission process for its aspirant engineers. Situated 3 kilometers from IIT Kanpur, the MPCE is creating bright minds in engineering aspirants since many years ago. The New Delhi AICTE-approved institution ensures quality learning experience in a broad range of branches of engineering.
MPCE typically starts its admission process for the August-September starting academic year. The institute generally accepts scores from state-level entrance exams for admissions to its B.Tech courses. The major entrance test that MPCE accepts is the Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET), which provides a platform for students from across Uttar Pradesh to demonstrate their abilities and gain admission.
For B.Tech courses, the minimum requirement is 10+2 of a recognized institution with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as key subjects.

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: MPCE provides B.Tech courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence. The admissions to these courses are mostly on the basis of UPCET scores. The college has 420 seats for all the B.Tech courses together, out of which Computer Science and Engineering and Artificial Intelligence have the maximum intake of 120 seats each.
Diploma: MPCE offers diploma courses in Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Production Engineering. Admissions to these courses are done based on performance in the qualifying exam (10th standard).

I studied Civil engineering from this college and quality of teaching was good. Teachers were very helpful and use to share all necessary information. Curriculum use to be upto date. Laboratories were also provided for practical knowledge.
Average study, avg study teaching staf was good ag that time but some staff were not good they don't know about subject just doing time pass and wasting student time and money. Even bhadauy his owner is not mut educated
Before admission I think its best college but when study in college then I realize its not a behter education and not well educated teacher,no I don't think so that in this college get a job.because not well proper.
