The campus is really humongous and well equipped with all the necessary facilities. It is very spacious and well maintained. There's a ground for football and cricket, there's a basketball court available near boys hostel for everyone. There's also a recreation room along with gym in the hostel.
I'm pursuing MBBS from this college, the faculty members are very helpful especially in first year and teaching is also great. The curriculum is very much upgraded and all the necessary changes required are done well before time.
There's nothing like placement as such in Medical college. After finishing the final year we have to do a year of internship in the same college. After that we have a post-graduation exam. Getting good score in that confirms our PG seat.
In general doing medicine in a private college is really expensive. But our college is really value for money as it is cheapest of all the private medical college. The cost per year is around 700000 rs.
Our college campus is huge and pretty much big. There's minimum of 4-5 rooms for every department. We have a separate building for pre and paraclinical department. And there's OPD as well as IPD available along with CCL and a blood bank. We even have a radiology department and MRI and CT scan technology. The location is really nice as it is closer to the railway station and it is safe.
Spacious and well equipped clean classrooms and floors Food hygienic canteen is good hospital is clean with average flow of patients location is nice and near to the station which makes travelling a lot easier
Some lectures feel really boring There is a need to improve the way of teaching few subjects A more clinical approach to subjects and showing videos and making the subject more easy could be required rest all is fine
No idea What to say about the placements in our college as people go for pg admsn through the entrance exams college doesn't play a role in coaching for PG as their only goal is make MBBS easy for students
There should be improvements made in food provided by mess
Nice location near to the station
Not too far from Mumbai and traveling is easy
Infrastructure is good, microbiology microscopes are very very bad. Most projectors in classrooms don’t work or the computers don’t start, it wastes a lot of time during lectures. The college is kept clean at all times
I’m studying in 3rd mbbs. Quality of teaching is alright. Depends on the teacher and the subject. Some teachers are excellent and care about students and others don’t care or just don’t teach very well.
Not applicable I guess. I don’t think they provide any placements or student jobs or I don’t know whatt this means. I guess this doesn’t apply to a medical college which is private and not government.
The course costs around 7Lakh per year including hostel fees and mess fees is taken separately which sucks. The college is taking way too much money for the facilities they provide. Wish they provide more facilities like proper street lights near the hospital at night time
Talegaon is not very safe. The campus is good for students. Activities conducted are less. The only activities we have are during the college feats. We have pike like to have workshops for students as well like medical conferences etc
Our college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, equipment. The laboratories, libraries are well stocked. The hostels have Wi-Fi,water heater and the living places are clean. We are provided with good and hygienic food and water.
I'm currently in 3rd Mbbs..studying to be in my dream profession. They regularly conduct lectures for us ,take our proper attendance and everything. Our curriculum is well updated and also includes all the recent developments in our field.
Good placements obtained by the good curriculum that we have here. Many of our seniors have cracked the Neet Pg exam and have become further specialists in various subjects and are doing quite well on their own.
My course fees are 6,60000..I'm being provided good quality education, good clinical exposure, approach, good practical knowledge, operations, seminars and all this I'm getting exposed to and trained for the best.
Amazing it is.The campus has its own special scenic beauty .It's between Talegaon and Lonavla, perfect place for a good social life,to get close to nature and trekking stuff. The teachers and the staff are quite great and are always there for us.
I was scared the first time I had come here.Obviously homesick, this place made me into the person I'm today,Bold, confident and already conquered the 2 and half years of my difficult course.Looking forward to new knowledge and adventures here.
The college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The hospital is neat and clean and is flooded with patients. The hostel is good and the mess food is clean, healthy and hygenic.
I am studying MBBS here and the quality of teaching is amazing here. All the teachers are highly experienced. The curriculum is updated and the internal assessement is really tough to pass. But this helps in scoring good marks in the university exams.
Many students have cleared NEET pg and got government postgraduate seats. The stipend in internship is higher than most other colleges. And the college is very supportive in research projects. Every year many students get their research approved by ICMR and MUHS.
The fees is higher than the government colleges but it is worth it. The fees for my batch (2017) was 6,60,000 per year for 4.5 years. But the money paid has not gone into vain. The facilities and studies are amazing.
The beauty of the college is mesmerizing. The location is good. It is safe. It can handle emergencies. The best part about the college is its connectivity to Mumbai. Being a Mumbaikar, this is a heaven for me. Every weekend, i am at home. It just takes 3 hours from here by road/train.
Infrastructure is bad. If the smart boards are working the RAM is so low that it takes a lot of time to start . Library and the labs are quite good. They have all the required equipments within them . Hostel is also fine . Rent is okayish and the facilities are equal to any other hostel that you expect.
The lectures are quite interesting. Some of the lecturers are a true epitome of success. The knowledge they have and the amount they have achieved truly inspires their students a great deal. Comparatively the lecturers of clinical subjects are excellent. But those of non clinical are not up to the mark. The lack basic knowledge which confuses the students.
Placement doesn't matter for MBBS that much. It doesn't matter from which college you do your MBBS degree to be honest. What matters is from where you do your PG and for that you have to study hard. Any PG resident gets paid 50-60 k as a starting salary, be it clinical or paraclincal subjects. That's the basic money any Pvt college student gets.
For our batch the cost were 6,60,000. The price has increased now. But this price is expected for any private college. Some colleges charge even more. But because of new scholarship policies by the govt the effective money you are paying automatically decreases.
College campus is one thing which is excellent. It is safe and so clean. The college premises are a bliss to watch. The teachers are helpful. The location of the college is near to the talegaon station and travelling is not kuch of a issue.
