I did my B.Tech. IT at MSEC and the teachers assisted us in better grasping the subjects by clarifying them in simple terms. We also have industry professionals visiting our campus and giving guest lectures and seminars, which provides us additional exposure. The staff is helpful to us and goes above and beyond what is expected of them to help students. This college has a lot of excellent professors that are passionate about their fields.

I am doin my B.Tech IT final year and the faculty helps us in elucidating the concepts in simple words which helps us in better understanding of the concepts. We also have various people from the industry coming over to our college and conducting guest lectures and seminar which gives us more exposure.

As per my knowledge there is no such rule to admit any student to second year directly. However in some cases if the college to college transfer is going on for example if any students apply for transferring to another college under the same University and the same stream then maybe one can do that but otherwise not.
Also there is another way if you are doing your diploma degree. Then after completion of diploma degree to just can give ECET or JELET or other State wise examination to get admission in two directly 2nd year of engineering. Hope this will help you .

Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College, Chennai (MSEC) is a private engineering college located in Kodambakkam, Chennai.
