Miranda College of Nursing, Bangalore, is one of the best nursing institutions, approved by the INC. It has various nursing courses at different levels to train health care professionals. The Miranda College of Nursing selection process selects students with eligibility for various nursing courses offered in the college. 

Eligibility depends on the particular program. For UG programs, such as B.Sc Nursing, a candidate must be a 10+2 graduate with science. For PG courses like M.Sc Nursing, qualification for B.Sc Nursing is compulsory. 

Application Process

Degree wise Admission Process

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: This program has an approved intake of 30 students. It is for registered nurses who want to upgrade their qualification. The applicant must have completed a diploma in nursing.

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): This is a diploma program with an approved intake of 60 students. It is likely a three-year course, and the eligibility would be completion of 10+2 preferably with science subjects.

M.Sc Nursing: The college offers the following specializations at the Master's level with specific intakes:

• M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing (5 seats)
• M.Sc Community Health Nursing (5 seats)
• M.Sc Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing (4 seats)
