For Indian Students:

Two-year Pre-University examination from Karnataka State or its equivalent and should have studied English and chosen physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology as optional subjects. 50% marks in these science subjects is required, with passing grades in each individual subject.

For SAARC/NRI/Overseas students:

Must have passed the 'A' level exam, recognized as equivalent to 10+2 in science in your country. English should have been one of the subjects.

For Lateral Entry:

Passing the Rehabilitation Council of India-approved Diploma in Prosthetics & Orthotics. Direct entry to the third year of the BPO course is possible. For 10+2, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics are required. In-service candidates may intern at their parent organisation, subject to seat availability in the third year.

Fill out the form, make photocopies of required documents, and send them to Mobility India.
Apply for the Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University and attend an entry examination.
Have a Skype interview with Mobility India.

Upon meeting requirements, receive a provisional admission letter.

And almost evey MNC has a BPO unit and there are opportunities in both Voice and non Voice Customer Services.
