So I am assuming that you belong to the general category and other state region.According to you, you got 380 marks in NEET then your rank would be around 143021-154839 . The fees for RAMAIAH MEDICAL COLLEGE, Bangalore is 9.94 Lakhs per year i.e 49.72 Lakhs for full course of 5 years(General Category). Also, certain eligibility criteria for admission is that the candidate should have passed 12th standard and should have obtained 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (taken together) and should have passed English as one of the subjects. Also, the candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December of the year of admission.

According to the data of previous years, if your score is 520+ for the state quota students then there is high chance that you will get this college in this range, also fee is low for the state quota students which is around 70K per annum. This is just the expected don't depend on that but 520+ is score for safe side.

The cut off rank for NEET 2020 for general category was 15835 for the first round. While it was 18700 for the second round. With 490 marks you can hope to get the admission. Go with all the rounds and counseling if you desire to be in the this college. The fees will be around 10lacs per year.

This terminology is used in the state of Andhra Pradesh mostly.
A category seats are convenor quota based seats(say it as semi government colleges) which have a decent Tuition fees of medical college
( approximately 60K per annum excluding hostel fees.)
B category seats are private management seats governed totally by private bodies and costs much than A category. Approximately 9 lakhs per annum excluding Hostel fees.
