If I had to go with the previous years trends then let me tell you that you have fair chances of getting into that college but there are various factors that needs to be considered like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
But on a general basis you should be able to get this college as every year PWD candidates doesn't vary that much.

Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is karnataka. Assuming you from general category.
Making prediction is difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 534 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in Mysore Medical College, Mysore under karnataka state quota
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
---------) number of students that appeared in the neet examination,
---------) kind of marks obtained by students in neet ,
---------) toughness level of the neet examination,
---------) number of seats available etc.
So , in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should target at least 30-50 marks more in comparison of neet 2019 i. e around 560-580 marks .
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
