Rooms are properly ventilated & well furnished & available in 2 & 3 sealers. We provide very hygienic bathrooms & toilets with Geiger’s for the winter. The hostels have common rooms with LCD TV & the latest magazines & students, which includes sweet & fruits.

The College provided adequate medical facilities on the campus. A medical officer is available round the clock. The institute has well-equipped separate infirmaries for boys and girls. First aid is instantly provided under the able guidance of the medical officer. Institute also has an ambulance facility available during urgency.

The College has a very spacious & rich library for Neelam College of Engineering & Technology with 24 thousand over 5 thousand and over 4 thousand respectively. Books range in content from basic tests to advance levels. The College also subscribes to over 100 journals & periodicals to provide the latest knowledge & breakthroughs in the field of technology & management. The silent feature of our library comprises an e-library, book bank & a photocopying facility.

The College has Games and sports that foster the sportsman spirit which is an essential requirement for success in every sphere of life. In addition to the curriculum, students are encouraged to play games every evening. Basketball, cricket, volleyball, badminton are the most happening games on campus in addition to table tennis and chess.

The Institute has a full-fledged canteen serving snacks, tea, cold drink, Chinese, and South- Indian meals. Hygienically prepared a special lunch for non-residents of the campus is also provided by the canteen.
