M. Sc Medical Laboratory Technology in Clinical Biochemistry This is the two-year graduate degree program; students must also hold a suitable honours bachelor degree; their assessment will take undergraduate performance into consideration, possibly by conducting an entry test or holding an interview,.

M.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology in Microbiology and Immunology: The other two-year postgraduate program that also requires a relevant bachelor's degree to get eligible for the course, its selection process is like that of other postgraduate courses, though with a review of the previous academic record of the candidate and an admission test or interview.

M.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology in Haematology and Blood Transfusion: The course duration is two years. This course, similar to other M.Sc courses, shares the same procedures for admission.
