This college is SCOPE College of Engineering, Bhopal, which is among the recognized affiliated colleges under the government of India. It is also accredited by AICTE. The college offers a diversified spectrum of undergraduate as well as postgraduate programs, most of the engineering programs being associated with management programs. To make the admission of merit-based candidates inclusive, students from different backgrounds have been taken on admission. The admission cycle for SCOPE College resumes with the academic calendar. Applications come to open mostly in the months prior to the commencement of the academic year. Generally speaking, while these dates will vary from year to year, students need to have begun their application preparations well ahead of time-in this case, around January-February-for the academic year from July-August onward.
For undergraduate programs, it is basically required to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with the needed subjects as per course preference. The graduates of the relevant discipline, from an accredited institution, must have completed their undergraduate program for admission to postgraduate programs. The application process for SCOPE College of Engineering, Bhopal, differs depending on the programme, but broadly follows the following steps:
1. Choose the most appropriate course from these: B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech and Diploma.
2. Check on eligibility criteria for a given course, ensuring that he/she meets the academic requirements and has qualifying exam scores that are relevant.
3. Visit the official SCOPE College website to access the online application form.
4. Fill in the application form with the correct personal and academic information as required. Make sure all information is correct so as to avoid complications in the admission process.
5. Upload the documents that are usually needed, such as: - Passport size photograph - 10th and 12 marks sheets - Graduation mark sheets (for postgraduate programs) - Entrance exam score card (as applicable) - Valid ID proof - Caste certificate (if applicable)
6. Pay application fee through the online payment gateway given. Fees amount may differ for different programs.
7. Submit the completed application form and wait for further communication from the college regarding the selection process.
8. If shortlisted, participation will be required in additional rounds such as group discussions, personal interviews, or written tests depending on the program.
9. Upon final selection, an admission offer will be notified. Accepted and completed admission formalities such as fee payment and documents verification are done within the stipulated timeframe.

Admission Process Degree wise
B.Tech: B.Tech programs available at SCOPE College comprise Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communications Engineering. Each of the above programs has a fixed intake capacity, Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering acquire 90 seats each while Electrical and Electronics, and Electronics and Communications have 60 seats each. Admission is based on the performance of candidates in relevant engineering entrance examinations.
MBA: MBA seats are highly packed for 180 in SCOPE College. Candidates applying to the MBA program are likely to consider scores earned in their management entrance examinations, with further selection conducted through group discussion and personal interview.
MCA: The Master of Computer Applications scheme stipulates 60 seats. Admissions are, however, usually on the basis of how well candidates perform on MCA entrance exams and on their undergraduate academic records in relevant fields.
M.Tech: The SCOPE College offers specialized M.Tech programs in Digital Communications; Power Systems; Thermal Engineering; VLSI; and Computer Science and Engineering. Each M.Tech program has an intake of 24 seats. Generally, admissions are based on GATE scores of candidates as well as performance in the bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
Diploma: The college also offers Diploma programs in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, each having 60 seats. This caters to students wanting post-10th standard specialized technical education.
The curriculum is designed by RGPV University so the college is not responsible for this. The curriculum is a little bit outdated and the college does lack a practical approach. They should include more practical sessions and show students how the actual job is done. Due to the lack of practical approach both from university syllabus and college, students and get proper job-ready. The curriculum only includes theory about the recent developments in the field, which is not very useful.
