Jindal school of Banking and Finance ,JSBF is the best college for B com hons because they have a focussed curriculum on Bank ng and finance. The faculty of JSBF is the best in the industry.

There are universities like  Maharshi Dayanand University , Indraprastha University, Kurukshetra University.you can try in these colleges.

Talking about Serampore college, depending upon previous year's cut off, you will require minimum 80% .

Kindly rewrite your question in more explainatory way ,because it is  not clear that what percentage you want to know , is it about minimum percentage of class 12th for taking admission in BCom ? , Is it about past year percentage of BCom result in your mentioned college? , Or anything more.
