Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore. The college is well known for Ayurvedic education. The college has a rigorous admission process that selects the right candidates for its BAMS course. The primary basis of the admission process is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), thus ensuring that only the most competent students are admitted to the program.The college admits 100 students to its BAMS program every year. The program is recognized by the Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM). 

Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects is eligibility for admission into Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital for BAMS program. Besides this, they need to achieve cut-off marks in NEET. General category students have to score at least 134 marks, OBC students 107 and SC & ST students 107. BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery):
