SICSR Pune Facilities

Symbiosis Institute of Computer Science and Research, Pune offers a variety of facilities for students pursuing their education in the college, SICSR facilities include a hostel for boys and girls, computer labs, a cafeteria, and many more. The SICSR Pune hostel facilities include separate rooms for boys and girls including Wifi. There are 5 computer labs in the SICSR Pune for students to participate in the programming courses. The cafeteria of the SICSR Pune provides healthy food to students.

Boys Hostel
The college has a separate boys and girls hostel which provides accommodation to outstation students. The boy’s hostel is well equipped with all the facilities and has a common room with television for entertainment purpose of the students. The hostel also has security facilities available 24*7 for the benefits of the students.
Girls Hostel
The college has a girl's hostel facility available on campus with all the basic necessities. The girl's hostel has 24*7 security facilities and a common room for the entertainment purposes of the students.
Library
The college has a well-equipped automated library for the benefit of the teacher and the students. The library has more than 19,000 books on various subjects and 10 journals (7 international and 3 national), a variety of magazines, and 99 CDs/DVDs for educational purposes.
Laboratories
SICSR Pune has 5 computer labs for practical learning purposes of the students.
I.T Infrastructure
The college’s Computer lab is equipped with LAN connections and controlled from the server room. This ensures good internet connectivity for the betterment of the students.
Wifi
SICSR Pune has a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus with a bandwidth of 90 Mbps. This ensures that the students are always connected to the internet and keep on learning new things.
Medical/Hospital
The institution has a health centre with a first aid facility and doctor on call facility available for emergency purposes of the students.
Cafeteria
The college has a hygienic cafeteria which provides a variety of healthy food for the teachers and the students.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

College Infrastructure

SICSR doesn't have a huge campus like all the other symbiosis institutes. It's basically a building with 7 floors. Although I must say that it is well maintained from the inside. Labs are pretty big and have air conditioners although we used to bring our own laptops and never really used the college computers, and there is a reading room apart from the library where students can just chill or do their work when they don't have classes, personally, the reading room was my favorite place during college days. The canteen is not enough spacious but is well maintained with a good interior so just don't go there during busy hours otherwise it's a great place to eat. Most importantly they have a good working elevator facility for students otherwise it would have become hell to climb up to the 7th floor.

College Infrastructure

The college is a single building where five floors belong to SICSR. The college has free wifi facility where usage is monitored and restricted. Their are enough classrooms for batches although batch sizes are increasing every year. The canteen is designed like any other symbiosis canteen. The library and a reading room, classrooms are big. Their are two computer labs for undergraduates. The canteen food menu gives enough options on local food, sandwiches, chinese, indian thali etc. The girls hostel is in the next building with girls across different symbiosis institution and first come first serve is the principle of the hostel. The girls hostel accomodates three girls in one room with attach bathroom, enough privacy and storage space. While the boys hostel is 2km away which is shared with students of the other symbiosis institutions.

My academic experience was good, campus life not so much.

College Infrastructure

The college is reasonably well-maintained, although the monitors in the lab are not used regularly. The other facilities work correctly and are routinely maintained; immediate assistance is provided wherever required.

which is better christ gaziabad or symbiosis noida in terms of bba llb

Both Christ University, Ghaziabad, and Symbiosis Law School, Noida, are reputed institutions for BBA LLB but have distinct advantages.

Symbiosis Noida is better established for law education and offers strong exposure due to its proximity to Delhi NCR, enabling connections with top law firms and courts. It has experienced faculty, better placement statistics, and an active student environment. However, the campus size is small, and fees are higher.

Christ Ghaziabad provides a holistic education with good academic standards and extracurricular activities but is relatively newer in law education, which may limit exposure compared to Symbiosis.

Symbiosis Noida is generally preferred for BBA LLB, especially for better placements and industry exposure

can i get admission in symbiosis without giving set entrance

Coming to your question, NO you cannot get admission into Symbiosis without giving the SET. The admission will only be provided through the entrance exam conducted by the university. Other than this there is no other way. So, you need compulsorily give this exam.
