yea. our college has Dominos inside the campus. We have different stalls for food and juices. More over our campus is call as Green campus. We have well equipped lab classroms auditorium, court for different sports etc
The special thing about VIT is the students have their choice to select their staffs and the the timing of the class. Many professors here are Phd holders and experienced.I am studying in electrical engineering and the quality of teaching is very good
Almost 98% of students were placed. the highest salary package is 41.26 per annum by a CSC student.Average package is 7.24 lakh per annum. There are approximately 638 companies comes for placement in VIT.
VIT campus life is good. You mingle with different students from different parts of India and even from different countries and you can learn their culture and language. Ragging is strictly prohibited in our college. Everyone is friendly. our college lies near IT parks.this area is safe and secure
Lab facilities are very good.It has all necessary features required, and faculty is also helpful. Each and every class has a projector for support and smart classes are also held.Living spaces(including hostel rooms) are well maintained and wifi support for students is also available.
Both online and offline classes are good. The curriculum is well updated and it certainly makes a student job ready. The best is that each student can make his/her own decisions for choosing subjects for each semester keeping in mind the total number of credits to be secured.
Placements are good.Maintaining a good cgpa will help in good placements.College is also very supportive in placements. Also internships are held (including online) which are very helpful for a student.
Most of the classrooms have very straining seats and the furniture isn't that great , overall it is not satisfying. Very small hostle rooms and very dingy environment , even there are now showers and lack or personal washroom
Great competition and provided the fact that student are forced to study only 4-5 days before exam so it tests their ability to learn things for short term only and then forget it . You learn for 2 days and then you forget nobody cares.
Not that high , they show that they have high placement but tha dark side is that that this university form begining prepare students for placement in Infosys and cognizant , even if you are a mechanical or civil student you are forced to study those subjects so that "college" may place you in company regardless or what you studied for past 4 years.
No the college is not value for money .
Terrible campus life , i would not recommend you to go for hostle in any of vit University , they are so old fashioned and you have no freedom yo put forward your concern , they give you opportunity to put forward your demands but they wil NEVER consider that .
Yes my college has all the necessary equipments needed to be used to teach the students. Labs are well maintained as well. Apart from the educational side, we also have really good gyms and canteen. They also got dominoes.
Currently I am studying mechanical engineering and the quality of teaching has been pretty decent so far. The textbooks that we use are well updated corresponding to today's syllabus. The core subjects that they teach and the way we learn it will definitely help on the long run.
I don't know the exact number of students placed as of 2019 but I do know that we do have a pretty high number of students placed. Every year, the number of students getting placed has always been constant. I am not sure about the salaries.
Overall my first year has been great and a fun experience. Most faculties are really down to earth and everyone is really kind here. People are extremely helpful when we don't know about something.
Infrastructure College Infrastructure College has a very decent infrastructure. Nature and surrounding is a very pleasant. College has all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Library have all necessary equipment. Library have latest collection of books and study materials. Living space is clean and food is hygien
Academics Academics in this college is best in the entire state. I am currently pursuing bachelors degree in computer science and engineering as it is most demanded branch and heightst placement goes to this branch. Quality of teaching is very good hear. Current curculum is very much updated and includes almost all the recent developments in the field.
and reputed companies visit college for requirements drives. Highest package goes to computer science and engineering branch. On around 40-50% students are placed every year through campus drives with an average package of 4-5 lacks per annum. College is very supportive in place
2 lack and it depend on which category u take and it is worth
very good
noo
The management has always made sure that we have a proper environment for the students to grow and excel in their respective fields. They have provided proper facilities including spacious classrooms, proper working PCs, WiFi connection, etc.
I'm studying Electronics and Computer Engineering and I'm very happy about it. I think I've made the right choice by choosing the stream which would help me learn what I need and what the industry requires.
Highest salary package offered was around ₹42LPA. There are numerous companies belonging to different streams that visit every year. I have my placements this year and I'm hoping that I'd get placed in a good company.
My tuition fee is around ₹1.78 lakhs. For the amount that we're paying, I'd expect a little more effort to be put from the college's side. Some subjects are very well taught which also predominantly depends on the teacher we choose.
Vibrant campus, good infrastructure. Students can engage in multiple activities because there are clubs for literally everyone. The bookaholics, the potter heads, the techies, everyone has a club. The college is situated little away from the city. MTC bus facilities are available so commutation is not a major problem.
The infrastructure is really good! The labs are well equipped and we also have a huge library. There Hostel has wifi and gym too.The gardens are well maintained and we also have Health Centre which is 24/7 operational. The hostels are clean and maintained. The food in the mess is also hygienically prepared.
I took EEE because of my interest. The teachers are good but we have to study by our own most of the time.We are given DAs and projects too.The curriculum is updated on timely basis. The Academics is planned to ensure holistic development of a student.
Placements are good except for Civil and Mechanical branch.Getting a good placement totally depend on the student. The average package is around 4-5 lakhs per annum. The college placement cell is supportive and ensures more number of companies come for placement every year .
The fee is a bit high but it is totally worth it.The quality of food and infrastructure is way better than many private colleges.
Overall life at Vit is great! You get to meet people from different parts of the country, discover their culture and share experiences. We can engage ourselves in many activities be it in art, sports ,drama or dance!
Infrastructure is nearly awsome with an 180 +acre campus. All the academic buildings are build in world class standards. They jave 3 hostels, 2 academic blocks, an admin block and a librabry with all the kinds of book that an student might require in his entire life.
Academics are completely standardized. All yhe courses are choosen by the students so that the students have the independence to choose their desired courses. Thus one can choose a course that is not even in his core.
Every student gets placed in his desired company. But grades are kinda important and these grades speak more than words. But at the same time one should also have all the in and out knowledge of the path he is trying to go.
This is average as compared to other colleges.
This is one of the awesome experiences that a student would get to have.
Decent infrastructure with all necessary equipments available in labs. Library has a good collection of books for every branch. Sports amenities are also available. Other than that gym and eateries are also available.
Teaching standard quite good, with simultaneous lab classes included in most courses. Industrial visits and guest lectures by Industry people greatly add to it's quality. Other than that frequent hackathons are also conducted.
Good placements, plenty of opportunities in campus as well as off campus due to good ties with the IT hub. Seperate training for soft skills development play a great role during campus placements. The number of placements increase every year so it's quite good.
It's good value for money as long as you are determined to make it.
Superb environment. Many clubs, student chapters and student driven teams to boost your skills and make the most out of your campus life.
We have sufficient amount of all kinds of equipments and laboratory , with skilled people present all time to guide you. There are people to address your problem at every instance . The campus provides you with Wi-Fi connection.
It is sufficient when in terms of faculty members, the college has a bunch of very admirable and talented professors, but there are also places where the teachers are not so interactive with the students.
The college provides you with the best placement opportunity across the city. Well it dose have it's own task, you have to ready and compatible for it. You have company coming from all over the country .
The course over here are pretty expensive . But this is the best option if you don't opt for open counseling.
The campus life is amazing. You don't have any kind of restrictions. It up to you to choose in what field you want to persue further.
