Usual infrastructure, but academic blocks do not have air conditioning. Especially for a state like MP, where there is hot blazing summer. Apart from that some classes in other blocks don’t have any ventilation system
Faculty is less in number for some departments, so there is no choice for multiple teachers. Usually a college has 2 semesters in 1 year. But for some years in this college er have 3 semesters. This makes the schedule hectic
Great placement opportunities for CSE branch. Non technical branches don’t have that much scope for placements. Average salary offered is near about 10LPA. Majority people get placed from campus which is great
Yes
Campus life is not good as there is nothing to do
Infrastructure is good the buildings are newly build so not that much bad like you get good quality rooms here and sone food outlets with a decent library having decent amount of books and two academic blocks.
Academics is also really good the faculty staff is here totally doctorate. The procedure here is Caltech way of studying or teaching in which you can be more in online interactions where you get your modules and teachers will teach using presentation and you can also choose your timetable by your own
Placements are quite decent but in the end you cannot rely on college only, as nowadays college can only provide you exposure and opportunities you have to grab your offer by yourself showing your skills.
Yeah the hostel and campus is worth paying for
Just as the life in a normal engineering college you will experience same here.
Summing up everything it's a quite decent college with decent placement opportunities and good infrastructure even hostel rooms and all.
Poor infrastructure still under construction maybe after few year 5 to 10 it'll be a good infrastructure college but now it is still under development In rains it floods and in summers no water available
Good teachers and faculty were there who were doctorate and all...but slowly they all left for better colleges after seeing the condition and then new faculties joined who are not allowed doctorates as mentioned by college during admission
Placement cells tries it best to make the students opt out from placements and go for higher studies and regularly keep stupid challenges as Gvishawa athan challenges and makes it compulsory otherwise you'll not be allowed to sit in placement and many more such tricks
It may be good after few years but for the amount that it takes it is not right now...plus they give flipped courses whose charges are paid by you only later on extra...and NPTEL exam and other certification mandatory by College also are paid by you so what's the point of college fees then?
Very poor campus life...feels like a jail you are not allowed to go out without permission you have to go thru series of permission and if they allow them only you can.. emergency times are worst you'll keep running for permission to leave but they not be present to allow you to go.. guards are local so they think they are the bosses and treat students very rudely as inmates... outside food is not allowed no ordering food only mess is allowed of you bring something from your home.. they'll make you throw it out at the gate
If someone makes a review negetive or posts it online they threaten them and suspend them and gives semester backs and not allow to sit for placement. They do everything to hide the reality even local police and ministers
The wifi is very bad and also the phone network and the college is 70km away from the city the hostel infrastructure is not developed properly and only would recommend this college to people if they have no option left and also need a good brand name of vit
The academics are kind of decent where the college has all Dr faculties who are good in teaching and the college also provides us the freedom to choose our own faculty though the process of choosing us very pathetic the one with less gpa or attendance almost gets to choose no one as there would be only 2 faculties left and the good lenient once get picked first
The college trains the students for placement and encourages to participate in May hackathons and etc and it also gives the students to choose it's choice of companies or weither he or she wants to sit in placements or not.
Not at all value for money
No campus life far away from city and strict hostel intimes and very less places to hangout in campus
The other 3 campuses of vit are good other than bhopal.
VIT Bhopal boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure with well-equipped labs, classrooms, and a spacious library featuring an extensive collection of resources. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, offered seamless internet access across eco-friendly grounds.
The academics curriculum is industry oriented, offering a range of interdisciplinary programs with experienced faculty. The university follows an FFCS(Fully Flexible Credit System), allowing students to personalise their learning experience by selecting courses and timings.
VIT Bhopal has a dedicated placement cell that works tirelessly to connect students with top recruiters. Many students secure placements in reputed companies with competitive packages. The training programs and mock interviews conducted by the cell play a key role in preparing students for the corporate world.
Good.
Good engagement with numerous clubs and events.
Infrastructure is nice & campus is developing, facilities are very up to the mark, laboratories are well maintained with all necessary even more equipments. Wifi ID is permanent in our campus even in hostels too. Food is hygienic and very big mess.
VIT is well known for its placements which drawn my interest to opt for this university. It has diversified amount of courses, arena which makes my curriculum updated to meet my requirements needs to sit for placements.
Placements are well known for VIT and vice - versa . Highest package VIT hold till now is 2 cr. And average is 8 Lpa. Which may range accordingly to kind of offers which are dream & super dream. The Placement committee of VIT is very excellent.
Truly value for money & a tier-2 university.
If you're considerate about placements then go for it, it'll be worthy at last to get into such renowned university.
Our university has a huge campus infrastructure. There is a ATM within the college campus, a big auditorium with 600 sitting capacity, wifi enabled campus. Our university has all technology enabled classrooms. We have good cafeterias, sports blocks inside of university.
Our college provides a very advanced academic system. All teachers are well prepared and experienced. All the courses are categorised according to the requirements of industry. You can gain lot’s of knowledge with this system.
Our university has a good placement. There is a centralised placement system for all campuses of VIT through VIT career development centre. This enables university to make their placement procedures more effective. Each year all students gets placed with good companies from our university.
College insights and infrastructure is quite good , added the facilities is and equipment are not up to the mark and it has some issues such as there are no air conditioned classroom and air condition is only available auditorium or faculty cabins and the laboratories are good enough because it has all the equipment required for a specific experiment and are performed accordingly, sports centres are are less and shorter according to the intake of students in the college every year , wifi is slow but smart boards available in all classrooms that is good and they are well maintained , and lastly the hostels are not good as I say because there are many issues the cleaning of toilets and no water in water cooler is must highlighted issue of all time food is good the hygeine is maintained atleast in the food.
the cse( ai & ml) program at vit bhopal university offers a robust curriculum blending theoritical foundations with practical applications. Student benefit from state of the labs , exprienced faculty.
the placement program is quite good beacause that is the one thing the college is famous about that it gives good placements, there is placements program for highly skilled students so they can achieve their dram company.
yes it is kind of value for money
campus is not very good bacause it is still in the building stage
1. The college infrastructure is good, it is under construction ,but it has all the necessary facilities and equipment. 2. Seating arrangements of classrooms are designed in such a way that the class becomes more interactive. 3. The campus is clean, and the hostel mess food is moderate but is hygienic.
1. I am studying B.tech in cse , and the quality of teaching is actually very good. 2. The curriculum is updated and the best part of my college is FFCS [fully flexible credit system] in which you can choose your own faculty , you can make your own schedule .
1. Good companies visit my college, at the end it totally depends upon skills, the more you practice and listen to your faculty the better placement you get. 2. Not very sure with the percentage, but it is increasing year by year, my college is developing a lot . 3. Average can be around 7-8Lpa , the placement process is actually very long, college provides a lot of material to study and gain skills from so yes it is very supportive.
1. My college has category wise fee structure, so it totally depends upon the student, if he or she is ready to work according to the faculties then for sure they will get their return. 2. I feel my money is worth, I am doing many DSA questions and university is providing a lot of skill development and overall development course which will make you job ready.
1.The best thing about my college is that it is very safe, guards are around everywhere, the worst and sad part is that university closes at 7pm, no campus life after 7, but in some events they allow till midnight, which makes us feel very happy. 2. Students from different states and countries are here, it gives you exposure, and make your network strong. The location is bit far from the main city but it can handle all the emergencies.
It is a good college, value for money, good hostel life , good campus, during monsoon the campus is the prettiest , greenery everywhere, faculties are good and again you get a chance to select teachers and timings of class so it is very good. Environment here is pretty nice, events are conducted on weekly basis, technical and non technical clubs conducts events which are very interactive, students gets a chance to build there network through hackathons and projects. Overall the college is Good
1.Yes, my college is having all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. 2. In my classrooms there are projector for learning from PPTs, also having Wi-Fi facilities. 3. Yes the living spaces are very clean and the food is hygienic.
1. I was studying MBA (master of business administration) because it elaborate my skills and passion and my business also. Teaching is very good. 2. Yes ,the extra curriculum activities like event management and managing finance and advertising in real and digital world is helpful for better future opportunities.
Quality of placement in my college is very good 90% of students get on campus placement in big companies. There are three offers:- 1. Regular offer which is from 2.5 lakhs per annum 5 lakhs per annum. 2. Dream offer which is from 6 lakhs per annum to 10 lakhs per annum. 3. Super Dream offer which is above 10 lakhs per annum. The average salary offered is 6 lakhs per annum.
The course cost per year is 350000. CAT Given students it is 250000. For alumnis it is 200000. Yes the quality of education make sense. It is near Ashta that's why I was doing the course.
The best thing in the campus is we are learning new skills, hobbies etc. The worst thing is that regular up down from Ashta. The students and the Teachers are from different parts of India and are very much supportive. It is basically near Ashta.
Hello,
Yes, VIT Bhopal is offline for the batch of 2022-23. Since the Government gave the order of startinf the classes for Colleges as well in offline mode in January, the classes for all the batches were started as offline mode. The online classes were still on for few months as some of the students were still in the red zone areas such as Maharashtra but since March, every college was opened in India.
VIT, Bhopal also continued their offline classes in January.
I hope this helps,
All the best
