Cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

The concrete reason could not be found. Probably, it might be because of the number of students from SCR Category applying is less/didn't qualify for the Veterinary colleges in Bidar.
But the seat type was introduced in 2020. Veterinary College in Bidar provides seats for SCR category. The students need a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in Physics ,Chemistry ,Biology and English.
