Master of Philosophy in Chemistry is one-year duration full-time course offered by Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi.


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed MSc. Degree in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry or any other MSc degree recognized as equivalent from any recognized University or institution approved by UGC. or examinations accepted by the Academic Council as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent to grade B in the UGC 7- point scale.

Admission Details

  • The admission to and conduct of M Phil programme will be governed by the latest regulations for M Phil approved by CUSAT.
  • A relaxation of 5% of marks shall be given to the SC/ST candidates in the qualifying examination.
