The eligibility to apply at Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre (JECRC) University (JU), Jaipur is a candidate should Pass in Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in all subjects with pass in English, Physics & Mathematics & one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical vocational subject from a recognised Board of School Education or equivalent.

Admissions will be done on the basis of the marks scored in 10+2 examinations so one can get direct admission without jee mains exam but preference will be given to JEE Main qualified candidates.

The branches in which Btech is provided:

1. B.Tech - Civil Engineering
2. B.Tech - Computer Science &Engineering
3. B.Tech - Electrical Engineering
4. B.Tech - Electronics & Communication Engineering
5. B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility for btech is:

• Pass in 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in all subjects with pass in English, Physics & Mathematics & one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical vocational subject from a recognised Board of School Education or equivalent.

Eligibility for btech lateral entry is:

• Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institution; with at least 50% marks. 5% relaxation shall be permissible to the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ State OBC (Non-creamy layer) and Women category in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
• Passed B.Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 50% marks. 5% relaxation shall be permissible to the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ State OBC (Non-creamy layer) and Women category and passed 10+2 examination with mathematics as a subject.
• Provided that in case of students belonging to B. Sc. Stream, shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering program along with the second year subjects.

Note (for both the courses): Relaxation of 5% marks in minimum eligibility criteria shall be given to the candidate who belongs to SC/ ST/ Rajasthan state OBC Non-creamy layer / women category.

Fees structure & duration:

btech lateral entry- 145000 (1st yr fees). Course duration is 3 yrs.

Btech- 165000 (1st yr fees). Course duartion is 4 yrs

The admission in JECRC,  Jaipur is done solely on the basis of JEE Mains score. The eligibility criteria for admission in B. Tech civil engineering in the institute states that the candidates must have passed their class 12th examinations with a minimum of 55 percent marks. That mustache be aggregate percentage with subjects like mathematics and physics and one subject out of chemistry/biology/biotech/computer science from a recognized board. The entrance is done on the required cutoff makes set up by the institute.
