Getting MBM for B.arch will be possible with your mentioned at least by the end of counselling process. I'll suggest you stay in contact with the official notifications and don't miss out. 200 marks is an average score and hence it may bag you a seat in MBM.

Based on your percentile, your rank might be between 198,000 to 210,000. The minimum cut off rank at MBM college for even lower tier branches are around 32,000 or above. A minimum of 140 marks out of 360 or above is needed. So, at your rank you wouldn't be able to get a seat.

Yes, MBM Jodhpur and skit Jaipur you will get for sure with this rank. And you can also get admission to NIT. May be not the old NITs you can get new NITs for sure. Main concern can be of branch that you choose

I hope you will get admission in MBM govt college but you should fill the REAP form also .
Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP 2019) is one of the state level admission procedure to admit the candidates in B.Tech/B.E./B.Arch UG courses. The process of admission will be carried out by the Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. The university does not conduct any entrance exam to offer admission in the state private unaided and government aided technical institutions. The admissions will be offered on the basis of JEE Main/NATA or intermediate merit.
This will help you in getting colleges in Rajasthan .

College Infrastructure
Hostel condition is not good and course is okay but not great. Too many subjects in final year which is not normal. Training/internship period is small. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Classrooms are old but okay. Library is good but management can be improved. Medical facilities are almost nil. No medical personnel, little awareness about medical facilities available to students. But they're working on it.
Campus is good for self studies students.

College Infrastructure
College campus is old stabilised and looking good . Here is a big library in it. Where many book are placed in it. Playground is big and many games are played there. Overall campus is good for study in it.
College is avg for engineering.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is good but old styled. There are many new department are stabilized for petrolium engineering, computer science and chemical engineering. 1st year lecture halls are not in good condition.
