The infrastructure is impressive, especially in the new buildings like ASD (amity school of design) and ABS (amity business school). The classes are fully air conditioned. The ASD department has specialised classes for the design students. The ASCO department has really great labs on the third floor where students can learn more than the books could ever teach.
The curriculum is updated, and they teach more and beyond books. Some teachers really take it up a notch. In my personal experience, my Marketing and Political studies teachers are my favorites. They have helped me visualize the words written in the books.
79% of students were placed. The highest package was 16 lac and the lowest was 5 lac. Top recruiting companies were Biryani Blues, and Hindustan Times. Internships had been great. Roles offered were that of news editor, anchor, radio jockey, reporter, etc. Even in 1st year you can apply for internship and get selected as per your caliber. I got mine as a management trainee in Biryani Blues.
Strongly recommended to join this college
The campus is amazing, especially for someone who loves to learn new things everyday. There are all modern amenities here. The space is also hygienic and I find it better than other colleges. Good to go!
I am studying journalism here and the teachers are good. They are helpful, and I learn a lot about the media industry and how advertising works. It is a nice place to learn new things. I am happy with all the teachers.
As I have heard from my seniors, the placement is good. Top companies come here for recruitment and offer nice packages to the students. It promises a secure life after college. My dream was always to get in this kind of college.
The course fee is a little high. But looking at the quality of education, I do not mind it. I have learnt a lot of things here. Along with a good study system, there are vocational activities for everyone.
There are plenty of cultural activities for students. There are drama clubs, fashion clubs, music clubs, and much more. Along with indulging in studies, I also got the chance to explore new interests.
N/A
My college had all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment which was required. The classrooms were air conditioned, the library was amazing, very well maintained as well. The place was hygienic too.
From Amity I did my Graduation in Journalism and Mass communication, it was a great experience. The faculty is very understanding and helpful. The curriculum was also updated on regular basis. It did include everything recent.
Placements experience was not much good due to the Pandemic situation but else Amity provides 100% guaranteed placements. Even the packages quoted by the companies were good. Amity is overall very supportive in all these matters.
My course costed around 8 lacs, which is very high if compared to the other colleges and universities of same field. Amity is a great college but not as much as the fees demanded by them.
The campus of Amity is the best I have ever seen. Amity is a place where anyone can easily be comfortable. The staff of Amity is also very nice , everyone is very friendly and polite in nature.
College infrastructure is really good...food is also nice there...food is cooked at hygienic place. There are food chains like subway, dominos, CCD to fulfil your weekend cravings as well. Then you have your retail store as well.
The learning experience is good. You will be provided with different opportunities to learn something not only theoretically but also practically. Ground work will be given to you to go and see how the industry works.
The quality of placements were good. Average package is 3,00,000. In my session, 90% of students got placed. The Students need to be serious then only they will get the placements. But the college conducts the sessions of how to crack the interviews which is very helpful.
It was worth the money.
Campus life is happening.
Hello,
Actually LPU is always a better choice.
As LPU aims to make the professional education stretching from local to global level and make it the class room based to web based education.
At LPU day by day the curriculum keep changing and the new curriculums like AI, IOT, virtualization, cloud computing, big data and many more are added.
Frequent workshops are conducted those are make the students expert in the field of current technologies.
Also the placement view is also very clear in case of getting a good job.
So you should go for lpu.
Hope for the best.
Thank you.
Hello,
JECRC is a better option than Amity when it comes to MA Journalism and Mass Communication. Amity is known to be one of the most popular colleges but JECRC is definitely an underrated college. Both the coleges offer a great academic curriculum and also the placement opportunities are great in both of them. The only difference is what you want to choose personally.
If you come from a good financial background then you can go for Amity but if you come from a middle class family and want to choose something that is going to be worth it then go for JECRC. This is because JECRC offers great facilities, education and placement opportunities. They have a much more affordable fee than Amity. Amity charges 11 lakhs for this course but JERCR charges only 2.75 Lakhs for the whole course.
The highest salary package offered in Amity if 35 LPA and in JECRC the highest salary package offered is 44 LPA. The average package in Amity is 10 LPA and in JECRC is 9 LPA. The choice is yours now.
I hope this helps,
All the best
Hello,
Yes, you may be eligible for admission to Amity University's BALLB program, even if you have completed two years of BALLB from another university. However, admission criteria can vary, and it's essential to check the specific requirements set by Amity University for transfer students.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you
