Wi-Fi is available. Labs are well-equipped. Air-conditioned classrooms are available. Atmosphere on our campus is pleasant. The library is excellent. The quality of food in the canteen is good. Medical facilities are available. Sports are good. Many tournaments are held on campus
All the teaching and non-teaching faculty members in our college are very knowledgeable and have many years of experience. Their teaching methods are very good. Semester exams are not very difficult and depend on the student's preparation.
Students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th semester. Different types of companies come to Amity University like Amazon, Wipro, and Cisco, etc. The highest package is 32 lakh while the average package is 3 lakh. Almost 75% of students get placements in the college. My plans after getting the degree are to get a good placement and start working.
Classes are decent, all have ACs most work, the AC hostels are good, don't know about the non AC ones. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled but the Wi-Fi is not that good. Website for games and all are blocked by the firewall so forget gaming if you live in hostel. There are multiple mess, but mess isn't the right word there just restaurants where you have to pay to eat. You can get your gear and play in the fields. We have basketball courts badminton and tennis courts a common football and cricket field also a volleyball court. There is a mini hospital within the campus they have ambulance if you have to be transported to another place.
Teachers are okay. Most know their subject. The curriculum is okay, though they burden you with useless subjects like Socialization and behavior Science. Semester exams are not difficult, study for 10-15 days and you can ace them. Passing is not difficult unless you leave the paper bank.
Many companies come for placements, but you have to have the skills required to get them. The highest package are around 20-30 LPA and the lowest go as low as 4 LPA. Almost everyone gets internships because you have to get an internship in final year. You can get job as a software developed front end back end developed.
Every block and classroom is well endowed with Wi-Fi, and every subject that needs practical experience has its own lab, which is a really good thing. Hostels are also good and budget-friendly. For example, the Non-AC hostel price is 95000 per year, whereas the AC hostel will cost you 190000 per year.
Every teacher that's teaching here has graduated from a well-reputed college, and they all have a doctorate degree specializing in their specific fields. The mid-semester exams are easy, but the end semester exams seem pretty tough. However, if you focus in class, then it's nothing tough.
Okay, so placements in my course are approximately 90% as many students don't sit for the placement drive. The highest package known to me that was offered in my course was 62 LPA. Many companies come to us such as Amazon, HCL, Google, etc. Hence, the campus is really nice.
The Wi-Fi speed is fast. Its speed is 100 Mbps, but it does not work well. Our labs are good. Classrooms are great. The library is excellent. The hostel rooms are good. The hostel services are not good.
All teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is understandable. They prepare us for upcoming challenges. The semester exams are difficult. We can score very good marks with our hard work.
Placements are good in our college. However, every student has to work on his/her own to broaden his/her chances of getting placed. You must work hard for yourself and do internships. Overall good placements provided.
Amity University has the best infrastructure and campus life which any college could ever provide. There is a lounge where students can spend their time to study. There is also a library where students can read all day, and a canteen is available where students can eat nutritious food.
Faculty members of our course are very much helpful to us, and they are qualified and have very much knowledge. Their teaching quality is brilliant and commendable, and this course curriculum is very much relevant. It makes students industry-ready, so they are able to face the real world.
The salary package offered is around 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. Top companies won't visit our college. Decent companies visit our college and provide decent salary packages. We have to study well to get placements.
Infrastructure is good for our course, and we have labs for Java, Matlab, C+, and many others. For sports, we have an arcade area where there are indoor games, and we have courts for outside games too. There are also various sports-related events throughout the year.
Faculty members are helpful and are open to being approached after classes. We also have access to the central library, where many books can be found. There are multiple clubs that give us insight into various industry-related trends. Seniors also provide guidance to maintain our CGPA and explore new fields
The highest salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA, and it was provided by top companies which visited our college for placements. More than 50% of the students got internships from other courses in the best companies.

Our seniors got placed in the highest salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA, and it was provided by top companies which visited our college for placements. More than 50% of the students got internships from other courses in the best companies.
All classrooms are big with well-ventilated systems and digital projectors for presentation. There is also a huge Library for students. The canteen and mess facility is very good, they provide a variety of food items in the affordable price segment and food delivery is also available.
All teachers and non-teaching staff members are very knowledgeable and they are working in college for so many years. Their teaching methods is also very good, there is no doubt. The semester exam is quite difficult. It depends from student to student and the passing percentage is 45%.
85- 95% students were placed in this course. The highest package offered by companies is 5-6 Lacs per annum and the lowest package offered by companies is 2-3 Lacs per annum. Wipro, TCS, Reliance Telecom industries are some major companies who recruit students from our college.
WiFi has some issues sometimes; otherwise, it works well. Classrooms are quite neat and clean, with projectors and cameras in each class. The library is the best part of Amity if you really want to study. I don't live in hostel but it is fine. You will get all qualities of food on campus depending on where you eat. The medical facility is fine. Sports and games are quite good. A big event is held every year known as Sangathan.
All the teachers are quite qualified. Mostly no problems in adjusting with teachers but few teachers can give you quite a lot of headaches. The course is very relevant. Semester exams are not that difficult; you can pass easily, but it depends on the subjects.
Approx. 60% of students got placements. The highest package was of my brother, 61 lakhs in 2024. Amazon, Cisco, Flipkart, Adobe, IBM and many more are the top recruiters. Software developer, IT consultant, data analyst, etc. are the top roles offered. The placements dropped a lot in the year 2024 as compared to 2023.
The College Infrastructure is actually good and crossed my expectations, whole campus has Free Wi-Fi coverage and has AC in every room of the campus. Every class has a Projector so professors can teach through animated videos & PPTs.
I'm studying B.Tech CSE and the whole faculty provided by the institution is really helpful. They provided the whole semester planner and the number of total lectures, paper patterns, internal marks divisions was told by the faculties on the first day itself
I've heard many good reviews about the Placement Cell of our college and as per their opinion the cell is very helpful. All big companies like Deloitte, Amazon, Flipkart participated here and the highest package stood at 61.75 LPA as per the sources.

Hello,
JECRC is a better option than Amity when it comes to MA Journalism and Mass Communication. Amity is known to be one of the most popular colleges but JECRC is definitely an underrated college. Both the coleges offer a great academic curriculum and also the placement opportunities are great in both of them. The only difference is what you want to choose personally.
If you come from a good financial background then you can go for Amity but if you come from a middle class family and want to choose something that is going to be worth it then go for JECRC. This is because JECRC offers great facilities, education and placement opportunities. They have a much more affordable fee than Amity. Amity charges 11 lakhs for this course but JERCR charges only 2.75 Lakhs for the whole course.
The highest salary package offered in Amity if 35 LPA and in JECRC the highest salary package offered is 44 LPA. The average package in Amity is 10 LPA and in JECRC is 9 LPA. The choice is yours now.
I hope this helps,
All the best
