Anjana Institute of Technical Education, Pratapgarh Admission Process
Anjana Institute of Technical Education, governed by Chaukhamba Society, is located in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The institute offers various diploma courses in engineering branches and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The admission process is primarily based upon the Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) held by the Uttar Pradesh State Government, popularly termed the JEECUP.
The usually followed admission cycle for AITE gets somewhat overlapped by the JEECUP examination schedule. The candidates need to appear for the JEECUP examination, one of the important entrance exams for admissions to various diploma courses offered by the institute. 4. Registering for Counseling: Qualified candidates need to register for the counseling process of JEECUP.
5. Choice Filling: During counseling, candidates are required to fill in their choices of institutes and courses in order of preference. This list should include AITE and its various diploma programs if the candidate wishes to gain admission into this institute.
6. Seat Allotment: The allotment of seats depends on the JEECUP rank and choices filled in by the candidate.
7. Document Verification: If a seat is allotted in AITE, candidates need to report to the institute with documents for verification, which normally includes:

Degree-Wise Admission Process
Diploma in Civil Engineering: The sanctioned intake for this course is 120 seats. Admissions depend on the performance of the candidate in the JEECUP examination and subsequent counseling. This three-year course seeks to develop practical and theoretical aspects of civil engineering.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production: Similar to the Civil Engineering program, this has an approved intake of 120 seats, and admission is through a JEECUP ranking. This three-year course covers the principles of mechanical engineering but emphasizes production techniques.
Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering: Admits 60 students through JEECUP listing and counselling. It is a rigorous three-year program in computer science and engineering.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering: This program has an approval of 60 seats and conducts admissions through counselling of the JEECUP. It provides three complete years in the study of Electrical Engineering.
Diploma in Electronics Engineering: This is a three-year diploma course for which 60 students will be admitted based on JEECUP performance and further counselling.
For all these programs, the process is the same: the candidates are picked through JEECUP counselling strictly on the basis of the ranking in the entrance examination.
