generally it depends upon the college and even city for cutoffs and most important your category like last year in 2019 cutoff for general was 183 while for obc it was 624 in mumbai, so as you see it depends on number of students are giving and also area and category.

The TNEA board will be given special merit list for the students of other states, they will be given very less seats to the other state students. For karnataka and south other states they will be allot seats upto 20 maximum. And there will be special cut off for the other state students and it will be based on the number of students and vacancy available at that time. The counseling process will be at same time for all students. We can't exactly cut off it totally depends upon the board merit list of other state students. The merit list of other state students will be available once they released on website

b.tech admission in college of engineering gundy is done by TNEA counselling. tnea counselling is base on 10+2 score. there is some seats are reserve for other state candidates also. you need to enroll for tnea counselling if you want to admission in college of engineering gundy. however cutoff score is high for other state students compare to domicile candidates.
