Crescent School of Architecture, Chennai Admission Process

The Crescent School of Architecture (CSA), located in the city of Chennai, is an esteemed institution dedicated to giving specialized programs in architecture and design. The process of admission at CSA is directed towards the selection of students who are talented and capable of pursuance in whichever program they are admitted. Accordingly, the fitness of CSA has involved the consideration of an approving authority called the Council of Architecture, lending credence to an excellent architectural education.

Application Process

Crescent School of Architecture has a procedure that varies for each program:

For B.arch program:

1. Qualify with the JEE Main or NATA examination.
2. Visit the official CSA website for an application form.
3. Fill in the online application form with correct personal and academic information.
4. Upload all required documents, such as 10+2 mark sheets, entrance exam score card, and others as required.
5. The next step would be to pay the application fee through the prescribed method of payment.

For the M.Arch program:

Degree-wise admission process

B.Arch.: There are 80 seats available for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture program being offered at CSA. Admissions are based on performance in either JEE Main or NATA. To be eligible for consideration, prospective students must have completed 10+2 in the specified subjects and attain a stipulated minimum score in the entrance exams.

B.Des.: The Bachelor of Design program is offered with 40 seats. Specifics on admission details for B.Des are not stated; however, it is likely that an aptitude test for design plus submission of a portfolio was involved and would have depended on the appraisal of academic performance during 10+2.

M.Arch.: A total of 20 seats are available for the Master of Architecture program. A bachelor's degree in architecture granted by a recognized institution would typically be required for admission into this postgraduate program.
