MHA is a full time 2 year course at father muller medical college.
the eligibilty criteria is - the candidate must have a bachelors degree in MBBS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing (Basic or Post basic) B. Pharm, B.Sc.in Allied Health Sciences, or from any other university established under law considered equivalent thereto by RGUHSm the institute must be recognized by respective council where applicable and affiliated to RGUHS. OR a Bachelor degree in Arts, Commerce, Law, Engineering or Management of a University established under law and recognized by the University Grants Commission and shall have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate of marks in all the years of university examination of the degree course. In case of SC/ST candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%.

Because you do not hold the domicile of Karnataka, you can only participate in the Management Quota seats and not the Government Quota seats. In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 82178 secured a seat in Father Muller's Medical College under Management Quota. So with your score, you do have decent chances. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Eligibility: 17 years of age or above as on 31-Dec of the admission year. The maximum age limit to Study MBBS course is 25 years. All Higher Secondary School Students with 10+2 in science stream including biology or biotechnology along with Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible(In case of SC/ST, 40% in board exams; 45% for OBC Category)
Admission Procedure: It is compulsory for medical enthusiasts to appear for the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) after 12th grade who wish to get MBBS admission. All the Government, Private, Central and Deemed Universities will be based on NEET scores and the seats for all colleges/institutions/universities will be offered through counseling based on the eligibility Score/Rank, Preferences of colleges and seats available.
Admission to Father Muller Medical College is done through 35% for State Quota and 50% for Management and 15% for NRI Quota. Contact the college authority for Management quota seats to know admission procedures.
FMIME Mangalore seats are allotted through State Quota counseling and Management quota which are reserved under the categories wise: 1G-01, 2AG-04, 2AR-01, 2BG-01, 2BH-01, 3AG-02, 3BG-02, 3BR-01, GM-13, GMK-01, GMR-03, GMH-01, SCG-03, SCR-01, STG-01, and Special Categories has PH-02, XD-01.
FMIME Mangalore remaining Seats were allotted under College Management Quota and reserved for Management 50% and for NRI students 15% and herewith allotted student Cutoff (All India Rank) for the same with Seat Matrix : GMP-14, MC-55, OPEN-12, OTHERS-08, NRI- 22.

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category
In 2019 , an all india rank of 68388 corresponding to 470 marks was the lowest marks that got a government quota seat in Father Muller Institute of Med. Education & Research, Mangalore under karnataka State quota for general category
But cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should have around 68000 all india rank to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination and

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the cut-off marks was 452 and rank was 82178 for Father Muller Institute of Med. Education & Research, Mangalore under Home state quota for General category.

Hostel facilities are good,we live in dual shared rooms which are clean and the place is quite hygienic.Labs have all the equipments neccessary.Classes also have AC centralised and have projectors.Food provided is the mess is OK.
