The college has a well-equipped fully air-conditioned library consisting of a wide array of Reference books, Textbooks, Journals, CDs relevant to Architecture, and all other fields like design, Scientology, Biographies, General Knowledge, Fiction, and Non-Fiction amongst others. The library also subscribes to several well-known national and international journals, and magazines every year. The library is equipped with an Internet facility. Qualified librarians manage the library. They use e-granthalaya for effective library management. Students also get access to the scanner and OPAC facilities. Material LibraryThe material Library consists of samples of different building materials, small-scale models of sanitary fittings and fixtures, and other materials used in construction. It also houses different apparatuses related to surveying and leveling like dumpy level, spirit level, chains, and more, along with instruments related to climatology. Different works of students are displayed here for additional knowledge and better understanding.

The college provides its students with facilities for various indoor and outdoor activities. Indoor games include table tennis, carrom, chess, etc. While outdoor games include football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, etc. Each year, the college organizes a Sports Week where students participate enthusiastically in various indoor and outdoor games. An awards function follows where eminent personalities grace the winners with their respective awards.

The college computer lab consists of approximately eighty computers. It offers courses in Auto CAD, PageMaker, 3D modeling software, Animation, and more. Students further use these computers in design dissertations, or for their thesis and presentations. Internet Access is possible on all computers through Wi-Fi connectivity. The lab also has a dedicated area for students who choose to use their laptops.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an auditorium, which has a capacity of 550 people. This covers the entire architectural course requirement within this building.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The campus is well-equipped to handle power cuts and is Wi-Fi enabled.

The college has taken teaching a step forward from conventional blackboard teaching. The classrooms at GCAP are furnished with audiovisual digital media. Starting from the second year of the course, students are provided with digital drawing studios, keeping GCAP at par with any National level Institute.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

At GCAP, we assure students of 100% placements. Our graduates have been placed in several eminent companies, such as Hindustan Steel Construction Ltd, Jasbir Sawhney and Associates, Designers Guild, and Design & Development to name a few. Some students have established their firms contributing to the development of their surroundings & the economy.

The college believes in giving firsthand experience to its students. A workshop on carpentry and model-making is compulsory for all students.

Carpentry Workshop: This workshop is for carpentry demonstration and model-making using wood and plastic. The carpentry workshop helps students understand the basics and nitty-gritty’s of carpentry.

Model PageMakering Workshop: This workshop was introduced from the year 2013. It is compulsory for all students in each semester. The basic idea behind this workshop is to get each student to understand the volume and interrelationship between different building blocks in three dimensions
