BUMS - Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery: BUMS program of HMS Unani Medical College and Hospital is a full-time course lasting six years and one year compulsory rotatory internship. The above broad program helps students to get eligible as proficient practitioners in Unani. The selection process for the admission in BUMS is absolutely based on candidate's performance in the NEET examination.
Candidates who qualify NEET with the required cutoff score are eligible to participate in the counseling process. Counseling is usually conducted by the state authorities or as per the guidelines set by regulatory bodies. In counseling, candidates are allotted seats based on their NEET rank, category, and available seats at the college.
