The Prince of Wales Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jorhat, is one of the few well-reputed engineering government institutions that lie in the state of Assam, India. - Diploma in Agricultural Engineering (20 seats)
Candidates for all these diploma programs must sit for the Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) for the concerned academic session as notified by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam. Admission is thus completed uniformly for all programs.

Academics
I studied diploma in IE branch. According to diploma level the teachers are good. And it is the oldest poly in Assam. Yes the curriculum makes us job ready as many jobs are there in JE level including Oil sector. But they should focus on practical more and to guide the students about the updated skills

Mahatma Gandhi mission's jawaharlal Nehru engineering college, Aurangabad Doesn't provide automobile course. It provides only mechanical course and various Courses in B.E/B.TECh. so, the college has only mentioned mechanical course. Get to the link for more details
