I NEED TO ASK IF ANY STUDENT COMPLETED HIS B.PHARMA (2 YEARS) COURSE FROM SMT. MANJIRA DEVI SHIKSHAN AND PARISHIKSHAN INSTIUTE. AND ALSO HIS REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETED. THEN HE ACCIDENTALLY DEATH, OTHERONE CAN USES OF HIS LISENCE. AFTER DEATH. ? CAN WE MUST REPLY ?

See if the registration is done, then the name of the person on the basis of the which the registration is done, is the only beneficiary of the registration. In his/her absence or death the registration is cancelled and it can't be used by any other person. If used, then its a punishable offense under IPC.
