Tagore Institute of Engineering and Technology, Salem Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Tagore Institute of Engineering and Technology Salem offers 6 undergraduate and 3 postgraduate-level courses. At the UG level; Bachelors in Engineering/Technology are offered in artificial intelligence and data science, computer science, electrical, electronics, civil, and mechanical engineering. MBA in Financial Management and Master's in Engineering (in computer science and VLSI design) are offered as TIET PG courses. To gain admission to MBA and M.E/M.Tech programme, TIET entrance examination(TANCET) is required to be completed. 

For B.E/B.Tech programme, there is no mention of the entrance exam. Every academic year, a notification regarding TIET admission is published on the official website of the college; http://www.tagoreiet.ac.in/. Candidates can gain admission either by physically visiting the college or by filling out an application form on the college website.

• Meeting the required eligibility criteria is a must.

• Candidates can fill out an application form on the official website of the college, http://www.tagoreiet.ac.in/admission.php?page=admission. 

• Personal information and educational details need to be filled in the application form.

• Selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

• Selected candidates need to submit documents to the college for verification.

• Paying the course fees is the last step toward admission.

• Appearing and passing the TANCET exam is required.

• Selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained in this examination.

• Candidates need to fill out an application form on the college website.

• Selected candidates will be allotted seats.

• Valid documents and course fees need to be submitted before the due date.
