The Library and Information Centre is the heart of the Vijaya Teachers College and provides an ideal environment for Research Assistance, Reading, Learning, and Instructional Resources. It plays a vital role in the educational development of the students as well as the faculty. It is the place of knowledge, open for teacher educators and Student-teachers. The library builds knowledge to support teaching and learning and also provides better service to its users. VTC established its own library open in the academic year 1960 for students as well as for faculty members. Presently Library has 18620 volumes of books including Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Gazetteers, and Yearbooks. Also, with 235 Dissertations, Journals Back Volumes, CDs, DVDs Video Cassettes, etc., the Library subscribes to 20 educational journals and magazines with 6 newspapers. Internet facility is available for students to browse and download information. A photocopying facility is also available in the library.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.  computer labs in comprising of IT and necessary physical infrastructure and digital teaching-learning content under a build, own, operate, and transfer model. It includes a baseline survey that is conducted to ascertain infrastructure readiness, as well as the IT skills of students and teachers. Through ICT labs, webrings equitable digital access to students across socio-economic and geographical barriers for improved academic performance. Vijaya Teachers college ICT Resources center is well equipped with all are the amenities.

The college has a Psychology Lab is an integral part of the Faculty of Psychology Lab is an integral part of Faculty of Education. Psychology Lab has all the equipment and apparatus required for the B.Ed Programme. The Psychology Lab of the college will be upgraded time by time and equipment and apparatus will be purchased when needed. The psychology laboratories are purpose-built rooms that allow psychology students to collect data from human participants using the same resources as professional psychologists.

Vijaya Teachers College Alumni Association (VTCAA) came into being in the year 1970. The main intention was to strengthen the bond between old students and the institution. The vision was to create an active alumni network that maintains a symbiotic relationship between the college and its alumni.

The college has a well-equipped Sports room for Student teachers to enrich their sports skills in both indoor and outdoor games. Student teachers can play various sports during their leisure break out of stress to remain fit and healthy.
